Shadow came to us since he was a puppy from Louisiana one of the only siblings left. His mom is a pure Rottweiler but dad is unknown. Very much of a guard dog. We just have a hard time finding a dog sitter or traveling because he’s a big boy. Our kids wanted him when they found out the mom was pregnant but my oldest does have allergies to his dander so he is an in and out the house sleeps inside nightly. Up to date with rabies and vaccinations fleas ticks medication etc just no microchip. He loves treats knows how to sit and give his paws. Love to play and do zoomies. Hoping he goes to a sweet home he’s nothing but a gentle giant needing a new family or someone to love on him more.

Meet Posey 🌸🐾 Posey is a 4-month-old Rottweiler mix with beautiful black and tan markings and the sweetest, most gentle expression. At about 30 pounds now, she’s expected to reach 65–75 pounds full grown. This lovely girl has been raised in a caring home, and her friendly, social personality truly shines. Posey does great with people and kids, and she enjoys getting out to explore new places just as much as she loves soaking up attention and affection. Posey is playful and enjoys her toys, but she also has a softer, snuggly side. She’s the kind of pup who will happily curl up next to you after a day of adventures, making her a wonderful balance of fun and companionship. 5 year old Rottie adopted from a breeder. He is purebred long haired German rottie (no papers). He’s very friendly, loves water bottles and balls. Easy going when he’s supervised but can be destructive when no one is looking. Doesn’t bark very much. Can be hard to contain in a yard without a strong fencing. High energy and impulsive. He needs someone who can keep him active and show him lots of attention. Loves being pet and being near his owner.

Bennett is a dog that has come back to our rescue through no fault of his own. We originally pulled him from Newton County Animal Control in 5/2024, a day before he was going to be put down. He stayed at our rescue till 11/2024 when he got adopted. Due to financial difficulties with the adopters he has returned to our rescue and is looking for his forever home again. He is now about 3 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm negative and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Bennett's a happy, fun loving dog! He has had play dates with our doctor's dog and they got along great. One of our vet techs took him on a run with her and he ran well right along side her. He enjoys going on walks and is calm in his kennel and doesn't get bothered with dogs barking around him. He loves a good stuffed animal to throw around the yard and carry in his mouth. But he can be cuddly too and will rest his head against your shoulder when you go in his kennel with him.
