Story
Meet Sasha! Sasha is a 4-year-old, 50-pound sweetheart with a big personality and an even bigger love for being part of the action! This girl is a total social butterfly. Sasha loves meeting people, going places, and being included in whatever her humans are doing. And if you open the car door? She is READY. Sasha absolutely loves car rides and would be thrilled to have a family who takes her along on their adventures. Sasha is also a very good listener and really enjoys connecting with her person. Shes smart, attentive, and has that wonderful combination of playful, outgoing energy and wanting to please. She can get along with other dogs, but we feel Sasha would be happiest as the only dog in her forever home, where she can soak up all the attention and be the star of the show. She is looking for a cat-free home as well. At four years old, Sasha is past the puppy stage but still has plenty of fun and personality. She would be a great match for someone looking for a loyal companion who can be their sidekick—whether that means heading out for a ride, meeting new friends, or simply spending the day together. Sashas quick facts: * 4 years old * Approximately 50 pounds * Social, friendly, and outgoing * Loves car rides * Listens very well * Can get along with dogs, but should be the only dog in the home * No cats * Professional social butterfly Sasha is ready for a home where she can finally be someones one-and-only girl. Could that be you?

Story
Meet Mishka! Mishka is a loving, adorable 5-year-old Rottweiler. This girl is the definition of sweet. She absolutely loves her people and is a friend to everyone she meets. Before Mishka came to Furkids, she was found as a stray with a severely injured back leg. To give her the best chance at a pain free life, her leg had to be amputated. But to Mishka, it's not a big deal at all. She gets around just fine on three legs! Mishka is still new to us, so we're getting to know more about her everyday. Mishka currently weighs 57 pounds and her estimated birthdate is July 2021. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. If you're interested in knowing more about this precious girl or meeting her in person, please fill out an adoption survey at furkids.org/adopt and our adoption team will get in touch with you. You must be 21+ to adopt.

Story
Meet Rowdy Zane—a very sweet, affectionate boy who is approximately two years old, weighs about 90 pounds and is a world-class professional leaner. His love language is definitely touch, and he’s happiest pressed against his people, soaking up all the affection he can get. Belly rubs are also high on his list of favorite things - and he’s happy to accept them whenever you’re available. Rowdy has never met a stranger. He is extremely social, loves everyone he meets - adults and children alike and greets life with happy, friendly enthusiasm. He has a nice medium energy level. He enjoys playful bursts of bouncing and galloping around the yard, but once the fun is over, he’s equally talented at relaxing. Rowdy is a go-with-the-flow kind of guy: if you’re heading out on an adventure, he’s ready to come along; if you need him to relax in his crate for a few hours, he’s perfectly happy doing that too. He gets along beautifully with other dogs even in a foster home with 21 canine roommates! He isn’t especially interested in wrestling or playing with them, so he could be perfectly happy living with other dogs or being your one-and-only. Rowdy rides very well in the car, especially when he has enough room to stretch out. We believe he may be a Rottweiler/flat-coated retriever mix. His coat is beautiful and soft, with just a little wave to it - perfect for all the petting he plans to collect. Rowdy is a big, strong dog who gets excited when he sees someone he’d like to meet, so he could use a little polishing on his leash manners. Fortunately, he is treat-motivated, eager to please and a willing student. With consistent practice and positive reinforcement, he should be walking beautifully on a leash in no time. When Rowdy gets especially excited, he can also be a little mouthy and may gently put a hand or forearm in his mouth. It is playful excitement, not aggression or biting, and he responds well to redirection. He isn’t a big jumper, but because he is a large, exuberant fellow who may accidentally knock over a smaller child, a home with children ages 10 and older would be the best fit. If you’re looking for a happy, affectionate companion who can gallop like a goofball one minute and lean lovingly against you the next, Rowdy Zane may be your guy.       An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms    Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
Ben is a 2 year old playful boy bursting with energy and joy. At just a couple of years old, he’s in the prime of his life and ready to find a forever family who can keep up with his fun-loving spirit. Ben’s favorite things? Running, playing, and joining in on all the action! His foster family says his energy seems endless, he loves to chase toys, especially soccer balls, and would make the perfect buddy for kids or other dogs who enjoy a good game of backyard fun. While he can keep himself entertained, he’s happiest when he has playmates to join in the excitement. Though we don’t know Ben’s exact breed, his foster family suspects a mix of Boxer, cattle dog, Australian Shepherd, or Blue Heeler, whatever the combination, it gave him plenty of smarts, stamina, and curiosity. Ben is gentle in play, crate trained, and already knows a few commands, but he’s eager to learn more. He’s the kind of dog who would thrive with a “job” or active family who enjoys adventures, training, or outdoor activities. Ben does well with kids and other dogs, though cats remain a bit of a question, he’s curious but unsure. He’s always interested in what everyone is doing, and his happy personality makes him a wonderful companion for families looking for a fun and engaging dog. Ben is heartworm negative, neutered, up to date on all vaccines, and on monthly preventatives to keep him healthy and ready for all of life’s adventures.

Jax is an 8 year old 83 pound purebred Doberman. He is a very athletic & healthy boy. He loves to chase/catch tennis balls, play and run. He would make a perfect running buddy.
