Story
Nori is a sweet, gentle girl who is looking for a forever family to help her through a tough time. Nori's toe bone has been infected since May - so invasive that some of her bones are literally gone, destroyed by the infection. The only treatment is amputation, infection culture, and biopsy to check for osteosarcoma. Please…open your heart and help us help Nori! We are unable to answer every email. If you are interested in our pups, please fill out an application and we will contact you. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we receive quite a few applications on our dogs and have to match each one carefully for their safety and what we feel will the best fit for the pup. Story
Hello there, I'm Odin! I'm a goofball with energy to spare. I love to play and run around, chasing my own tail sometimes just for the fun of it. I've got a friendly spirit that'll make you laugh, especially when I do my happy dance at the sight of a new toy. But, it's not all play, I promise. I can also be a quiet companion, happy to sit by your side. Just a heads up, I'm not too keen on kids or cats, they cramp my style. But, I'm sure we can be the best of friends.

Story
Henley is a 7 year old female rottie mix. She is not human aggressive/has never bitten anyone. She does not like cats. She is somewhat fearful/uncertain of strangers, but she warms up quickly. She isn't food aggressive, and she does fine around kids. She isn't the most active, and mostly enjoys following her human room to room. She would be perfect as the only pet in a household. She is house trained, and no major medical issues. Henley has been in the home since she was a puppy. She loves being outdoors- or wherever her human(s) is. There's not a treat she doesn't like, but meaty ones are her favorite. In full transparency- we are seeking to rehome Henley due to behavioral issues- bites on another household pet (small dog). Unfortunately, we have had 2 recent instances of bites requiring stitches for one of our smaller dogs in the home, and no longer feel that it is possible to keep her in our household.

Story
Shayleen is a very special girl. One of our fosters is sponsoring Shayleen’s full adoption fee.  So Shayleen is ready for her new home.  This beauty will always give you the ultimate fangirl welcome when you walk in the door. Shayleen loves her people and always makes sure they get a proper welcome. She’s never met a stranger, so she sees everyone as ‘her people.’  Shayleen loves to go on leisurely walks with her focus on taking in the good sniffs vs. getting in steps. Shayleen loves to sniff; it seems to be one of her favorite pastimes. She likes to bring one of her favorite toys along while she walks. She seems to think that they appreciate the fresh air, too. Her stuffed ball, rubber kong, and baseball are some of her go-to toys. But, if she doesn’t start her walk with a toy, she will usually find one along the way - maybe a stick? And she can’t miss an opportunity to make a friend. She also loves balls and is willing to fetch them, but she only brings the ball back to you in her own time. She loves her exercise but appreciates her downtime as well. Shayleen has a wonderfully balanced approach to life.  Shayleen is 8-years old and about 50 pounds. She’s been learning her manners and is becoming quite the polite lady. She doesn’t mind walking on busier trails or around doggy friends but isn’t interested in living with another dog. She’d prefer a place that she could call her own.  If you’re looking for that special someone, apply to adopt Shayleen.     For inquiries, email inquiry@angelsrescue.org     An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online.   http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms   Please be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.   Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Please ensure you understand those restrictions prior to choosing a dog. We verify rental policies and adhere to any restrictions.           July 26, 2024, 3:36 pm

I'm doing pretty well with the newest kitten as well! Of course I am a puppy and still learning my way but I learn fast and treats always help! I'm not big fans of long walks but would like to run around outside with other dogs for a bit then come inside for water and a nap! I'm a pretty easy going gal and car rides are great too! If this is your perfect fit please apply today on the MACS Friends website!July 25, 2024, 5:25 pm

Story
My name is Ria! I'm the bestest girl. Do you like to go on walks? Do you like to cuddle and watch TV? Well I do! I am a friendly girl and love everyone! I’m very squishy, I love kids, dogs, and cats! I may be a bigger girl but don't let my size fool you, I am sweet as can be! I walk descent on the leash but prefer to have a yard and run my energy out with a friend! I'm so smart as well, my foster mom has been working on training with me and she says I'm so smart and funny. I’m a good companion for trips and travel. I’m a down for whatever dog! Any takers?
