A friend of ours found an abandoned rottweiler just under 2 weeks ago. According to a veterinarian, he is between 8 month and 1-year-old. I and my family took him in last Wednesday, September 13, seeing if we could start training him. Unfortuantely, in 5 days, he and my 11-year-old male terrier mix are not getting along. This rottweiler likely needs to be in a home without a dog. He appears to have some basic training already and is good with crates. He is a good dog, but it won't work in our home. I don't want to take him to just any shelter. He should go to a good rescue or a home. Any help would be appreciated!
