Story
Meet Lacey, a gorgeous gentle giant with a heart just as big as her presence. This sweet 5-year-old Rottweiler is the definition of a “sweetie pie,” and she has an incredibly affectionate nature with the people she trusts. One of her favorite things is simply being close to you, happily sitting at your feet for pets and soaking up all the attention she can get. Lacey already knows her basic cues like “sit,” “paw,” and “down,” showing off both her intelligence and her eagerness to connect with her people. She’s the kind of dog who thrives on companionship and will be a deeply loyal presence in the right home. Because of her personality and needs, Lacey would do best as the only pet in the household and is open to meeting children over the age of 12. She will also thrive in a home with Rottweiler or guardian breed experience to ensure she continues to be supported and understood. Due to her size, apartments are not recommended.-------------------------------------------------If you are interested in adopting, please visit Women`s Animal Center to fill out an application in person. We cannot accept any applications online or through email, and we cannot hold any specific animal for a potential adopter. You do not need an appointment to walk through our shelter, so please stop by any time during our adoption hours. You must follow the guidelines for our adoption process listed on our website (https://womensanimalcenter.org/our-animal-shelter/adoption-process-fees) to be able to meet and adopt one of our animals. If the animal you are interested in still has an active photo on our website, they are still at the shelter and available!PA Kennel License #1516

Story
Due to some unforeseen financial situations I will have to move. I'm completely heartbroken because unfortunately I cannot take my dog and am now looking for a new home for him. Bear is a 145lb Rottweiler, pure bred, fixed, and 11 years old. I have had Bear since he was 6 weeks old and having to give him away is really tearing me up inside so if I could find somewhere that would give him a good home and that would still allow me to visit him I would be forever grateful. Bear is a gentle giant with people, especially kids, but he does not like cats at all so he cannot go to a home with cats. He has lived most his whole life with others dogs, usually small dogs, so he has no issues with other dogs. Though he does have some arthritis and trouble going up stairs(he is a senior dog) he is still very hyper and likes to jump and lick people. He is very much potty trained and will hold it until he is able to go outside and do his business and he is very good on walks. Please help 😞💔

Luna is a sweet girl and a velcro baby. She hasn't been getting along with my second Rottie lately but she's GREAT with people. She's loving ❤️ I refuse to take her to a shelter where it's just over crowded because I'm sure she will be put down and she's too good of a girl to do that to her. This is hard because shes so attached to me but I'm on a 12 hr schedule. She just need a loving home.

Story
My Luna is 3 yrs old. She loves the outdoors and treats. She gets excited whenever you grab a leash by spinning jumping and being verbal. She walks good on the leash. Very friendly with strangers but not wolith my second Rottie which is also a female. She is AKC certified and I do have her papers. She's spayed after having 1 litter. I love her but just can't keep her around my other girl. Shes also good with kids. I've been the only owner after acquiring her as a pup at 10 weeks old. My neighbor used to breed and thats where she came from. I just pray that she gets a loving home.

Needs a home. Very sweet dog. I unfortunately work a lot of full time hours and think she would be better suited to live in a place where someone is home with her more often
