Meet handsome Zeus. He came in with her housemate Blockka when their owner became too ill to care for them. We can tell you these 2 incredible dogs were absolutely loved and having to rehome them wasn’t an easy decision. The love shows in their personalities. Zeus is a very sweet affectionate dog but does play rough. He loves snuggles and belly rubs so much sometimes its hard to keep him upright when petting him. We know he reportedly got along well with Blockka. Reuniting this pair at the shelter has been unsuccessful so therefore they will be adopted out separately and Zeus will need to be an only dog. Zeus walks nicely on leash and is eager to please, he is crate trained and well-mannered in the home He does take treats a bit rough and has guarding tendencies with his food bowl so we will not be adopting him out to a home with kids and recommend feeding in his crate.

Ok it isn`t often we have a dog like Max at the shelter. He is an owner surrender, and they were very sad about that, but the youngest child is allergic to dogs, so the family made the sacrifice and had to surrender their dogs. This young man is a great dog. He is dog and cat friendly, lived with a 20lb dog and she ruled him. There was all so a cat in the home and Max ignored it. He has lived with kids but did play a bit rough so dog savvy kids are best. He loves the car, is crate trained and pretty good in the house breaking dept although he will have an accident if not kept on schedule. He is still a growing boy but already has basic good manners. So, if you`ve been looking for a dog like this don`t hesitate to get an application on him.
