Zeus is coming to us from a rural shelter in eastern Texas. Hours before he was set to be euthanized the shelter reached out to us for help. Of course we couldn’t let this sweet boy die! We are told that he is around 5 years of age and is a super sweet good boy! He weighs currently around 50/60 pounds, and may be a little on the slimmer side of where he should be at. He is dog friendly, we do not know at this time about kids or cats. The transporter said he is in the top 3 dogs she has ever worked with when it comes to him being a love bug. Unfortunately we did learn he is currently Heartworm positive, so we will have to treat that.

Any adopter local to the Cleveland area will have Gio treated through the rescue if adopted before treatment has started. If you are interested in Gio, but live outside the Cleveland area the rescue is willing to reimburse the adopter the cost of what the rescue would have paid for treatment at our local clinic.

Her owner reached out to us for help finding a new home for her as she no longer has the amount of time to dedicate to Sasha that she needs. She now has to care for her elderly mom with dementia and wants Sasha to have a home that can give her the time and attention she needs. She is great with people, great with kids of all ages, but is said to be dog selective. Her mom said she loves pats on the heads and snacks. Sasha is located near Cleveland, Ohio.
