Hi, I’m Kiko. 💙 I’m pretty sure I was supposed to be someone else’s dog a long time ago. I spent far longer in the shelter than dogs usually do. The kind of long that doesn’t make much sense. Every day I watched dogs get adopted or end up on the euthanasia list. Somehow, the staff never gave up on me. They kept believing there was something special about me. 🥹 Turns out, they were right. 💙 I’m the kind of dog who makes himself at home in your heart almost immediately. 🥹 I’ll also make myself at home in your bed because, respectfully, I have no interest in sleeping anywhere else. 🤭 I’m sweet in a way that’s hard to explain until you meet me. 🧁 I hand out kisses like they’re free, give hugs whenever I can, and somehow manage to be both a goofy class clown 🤡 and the world’s biggest cuddle bug. 🥰 My foster laughs every single day because of my signature gallop. 🏇 When I come bouncing out of my kennel, my legs seem to have plans of their own. It’s impossible not to smile watching me. ☺️ Speaking of kennels… 🙄 I’m still working on that whole crate thing. It’s not exactly my favorite place. I’d much rather be wherever my people are, preferably with a squeaky toy 🎾 nearby and belly rubs waiting for me. Life is exciting, and I’m determined to experience all of it. 😁 Walks are wonderful. Chasing a ball is even better. Bringing it back, Well… I think that part is optional. 😉 I’ll happily go get it, but then it becomes a team building exercise because you have to come get it too. I’m really just looking out for your cardio. 😋 Water… 🚿 baths… 🛁 rain… 🌧️ I haven’t quite decided how I feel about all that yet, but I’m definitely going to investigate. 👀 Now, about cats… 🐈 I know everyone always asks. I’m not looking to chase them. I just have questions, okay 🙃 We can be curious together. Squirrels, though 🐿️ I’m convinced they’re up to something. Weird little things 😟 I absolutely adore other dogs. 🐶 They’re usually my favorite introductions, and I would love a home with a canine best friend. I play nicely, I’m submissive, and having another dog helps me feel confident while I’m still figuring out this whole “being a family dog” thing. I’m house trained, I ride great in the car, 🚙 I know how to sit, and I’m learning something new every day. I’m curious about everything, determined to keep trying, and sweet enough that you’ll forgive the occasional puppy mistake. 🫣 One of my funniest habits is carrying pieces of my food somewhere else before I eat them. 🦴 Apparently dining rooms are overrated. I also gently nibble my toys 🧸 instead of destroying them, and when I finally settle down, you’ll probably find me asleep upside down with all four paws in the air. 💤🥱 My perfect home is one with people looking for a true best friend, at least one playful dog, and a family that enjoys a morning adventure followed by a cozy evening on the couch. Maybe. Rottweiler? I’ve got the eyebrows. Bat? 🦇 Also possible. The nice people at R.E.A.L. Rottweiler Rescue looked at my little Rottie eyebrows and said, "Eh... she qualifies." So here I am. 😉 Before rescue, I was found by the sweetest baker. 🧁 Which, if you ask me, was the greatest missed opportunity of my life. 😒 You’re telling me I was rescued by someone surrounded by fresh bread, 🍞 cookies, 🍪 donuts, 🍩 and cakes 🍰... and I STILL ended up eating dog food? 🤢 I feel like I was robbed. 💰 Unfortunately, they couldn’t keep me, so they made sure I got somewhere safe. Now I’m hanging out with rescue while I search for people who appreciate a dog with satellite dishes 📡 attached to her head. Despite my comedy 🎤 career, I’m actually a really good girl. 🤩 I LOVE treats. If snacks were a college degree, I’d have my doctorate. 🎓 I’m young, eager to learn, and every time you teach me something new, I act like I just solved world peace. 🌎☮️ I’m also working on my food manners. Hi, I’m Violet 🪻 I’m a beautiful 2-year-old Doberman with a soft heart 💜, a silly personality, and enough love to fill an entire couch. I absolutely adore people. When I first meet someone, I might take a minute to decide if you’re friend-shaped, but once I do, you’re stuck with me forever 💕 I’m the kind of girl who loves snuggling up next to you while you watch TV, preferably as close as physically possible. Personal space is just a suggestion, right? 🫣 I also love other dogs 🐾 Honestly, having dog friends makes me feel brave. If I have a buddy by my side, I’m ready to tackle life’s big adventures like walking through a doorway I’ve never seen before or investigating that suspicious leaf blowing across the yard 🍃👀 When I’m not cuddling, you can usually find me wrestling with my dog friends, zooming 💨 through the dog door like I’m training for the Olympics, or searching the house for snacks, specifically beef sticks 😋 My foster says I’m very smart 🧠, which is great news because I already suspected I was a genius. I learn quickly, I’m house-trained, crate-trained, good on leash, and I don’t destroy things. I prefer to keep my talents focused on being adorable rather than redecorating your home 😇 I can be a little submissive, and sometimes new situations make me pause and think things through, but I’m getting more confident every day. Having kind humans and dog friends around helps me remember that the world is actually a pretty wonderful place ❤️ What I’m looking for is simple. A family who will laugh at my giant airplane ears ✈️🙃 A couch with room for one snuggly Doberman 🛋️ A pocket full of beef sticks 🐄 And maybe a dog friend 🐾🐾 or two to help me feel brave while I continue learning that life is pretty amazing 🤩 What you get in return. I promise to provide endless love, top-tier cuddles, professional zoomies, and entertainment whenever my ears catch a strong breeze 🌬️ One final note 🎵 I know my ears look like they could fly me wherever I need to go, but unfortunately they are for decorative purposes only. They are excellent for listening though. I listen to commands, I listen when you tell me I’m a good girl, and I will even listen to all your problems after a long day. Honestly, I’m a pretty great listener 💕 The point I’m trying to make is that transportation is available because, despite appearances, these ears are not FAA certified. Okay, so apparently I have a story. 📖 Personally, I think my story should start with something more important, like the fact that I am extremely handsome and have excellent people skills. But fine. We can talk about the serious stuff first. My name is Darrow. I’m a Doberman mix, a professional people greeter, an enthusiastic goofball, 🙃 and quite possibly the guy who was born without a single mean thought in his head. My rescue also thinks I might be a distemper survivor. 😔 That does NOT mean I have distemper. I don’t. It means I survived it. As a puppy. Which, from what I’ve been told, was a pretty terrible thing for a little guy to go through. But apparently, I decided I had other plans. Unfortunately, surviving that wasn’t the end of my bad luck. 🫤 I somehow landed in a high kill shelter and ended up on the euthanasia list. I know. ME?! 😳 The guy whose current life philosophy is basically, “OH HI! I LOVE YOU!” Apparently, the universe made a clerical error. 🤨 Luckily, somebody fixed it. And now I’m here, where I’ve discovered that life is actually pretty fantastic when nobody is trying to put you on a list. I have a few important accomplishments I’d like noted for the record. ✅ I am potty trained. I am crate trained. I like dogs. I like cats. I like kids. I like grown ups. I like meeting new people. I probably like your neighbor too, although I’d need to meet them before making an official ruling. I’m pretty easygoing, too. I don’t need my life to be a five star production. Give me some people to love, a safe place to sleep, some snacks, and an opportunity to participate in whatever everybody else is doing, and I’m a happy guy. ☺️ I’m also a little bit ridiculous. In the best way. I have a goofy side 🙃 that shows up whenever it feels like it, and I seem to believe that saying hello to someone is an event worthy of my full participation. You walked into the room? HELLO. You came back from the bathroom? HELLO AGAIN. We met twelve minutes ago? Wonderful. I have missed you terribly. That’s just how I am. And maybe that’s the part I’m most proud of. I went through something awful as a puppy. I ended up in a shelter. I landed on a list that no dog wants to be on. And somehow, I came through all of it still believing that people are good and that everyone I meet might be my next friend. So I’m not looking for anything fancy. I’m looking for the people who will laugh when I’m being ridiculous. The people who will let me be the goofy boy I am. The people who will look at me and never, ever make me wonder if I’m safe again. I survived the hard part. Now I’d really like to specialize in the easy stuff. Being someone’s dog. Following them around. Making them laugh. TO INFINITY… AND BEYOND! 🚀 Hi! I’m Andy. And no, I’m not talking about the kid from Toy Story… although I’m starting to think my name was meant for this life. My story didn’t exactly start in a toy box. It started somewhere on the streets of Houston. 😔 Someone said I was hit by a car, but there was never any proof of that. Maybe I was found wandering. Maybe someone didn’t want me anymore. Around Houston, honestly, who knows? What we do know is that I’m just a tiny Doberman puppy who needed someone to give me a chance.☺️ When I first arrived, I was a little wobbly on my feet. I apparently needed some good food and proper nutrients because I was still just a growing baby. And now? To infinity… AND BEYOND! 🚀 I’m running. I’m playing. I’m zooming 💨around like a normal puppy. I’m discovering toys, 🧸 getting into puppy mischief, 👀 and making sure everyone knows that I am, in fact, the sweetest little guy ever. ☺️ I’m only a couple months old, I have the prettiest reddish brown coat, and I have my entire life ahead of me.
