Story
Zeus is coming to us from a rural shelter in eastern Texas. Hours before he was set to be euthanized the shelter reached out to us for help. Of course we couldn’t let this sweet boy die! We are told that he is around 5 years of age and is a super sweet good boy! He weighs currently around 50/60 pounds, and may be a little on the slimmer side of where he should be at. He is dog friendly, we do not know at this time about kids or cats. The transporter said he is in the top 3 dogs she has ever worked with when it comes to him being a love bug. Unfortunately we did learn he is currently Heartworm positive, so we will have to treat that.

Hello there, I'm Giovanni! I'm still a young pup, full of life and ready to share my love. I've got a heart full of sweetness and a spirit that loves to play. My friends tell me I'm friendly, gentle, and a bit goofy too. I can't help it, I just love to make people laugh! Cuddles? Oh, I'm all about them. I'm also pretty good with older kids, I think they're great fun. I should let you know, I've got heartworm, but don't worry, with the right care, I can bounce back. With my treatments I would need a local adopter to help fix me up. So, why should you adopt me? Well, I promise to fill your life with laughter, playfulness, and unconditional love. I'm ready to find my forever home. Could it be with you? ***Please note Gio is currently Heartworm positive. Any adopter local to the Cleveland area will have Gio treated through the rescue if adopted before treatment has started. Her owner reached out to us for help finding a new home for her as she no longer has the amount of time to dedicate to Sasha that she needs. She now has to care for her elderly mom with dementia and wants Sasha to have a home that can give her the time and attention she needs. She is great with people, great with kids of all ages, but is said to be dog selective. Her mom said she loves pats on the heads and snacks. Sasha is located near Cleveland, Ohio.

Remi is a 1-1.5 year old male Rottweiler that was in a horrible situation. This poor boy had not only an embedded collar but HW and Lyme disease. He lived his life tied to a tree by a chain. He is learning basic obedience training. He is now neutered, treated for HW and lyme and ready for his next chapter. We are working on not jumping up as he is big and goofy and will knock over things. We have seen no food/toy/or human aggression. Because of some experiences Remi’s had in the past he needs a home without any children, other animals, and must have a fenced-in yard.

Newsflash! Nova is going on a trial adoption. Please wish her good LUCK! We added some pics. Nova is great for bath time and loves to ride in the car! Meet Nova!! Nova is a 3 yr old Doberman weighing 45 lbs. Nova is a compact small Dobie with your typical Doberman personality. She is loyal, athletic, energetic and super smart. Nova would love to find a home with someone that has had a Doberman and LOVES the breed! She is house-trained, crate-trained, and knows basic commands (sit, stay, down). Nova has been professionally trained and she loves to do her obedience sessions. She is food motivated and very easy to train. Nova is great with other dogs and would do GREAT with a dog friend. She has not lived with a cat so a cat-less home would be best. All Nova needs is an owner that understands how smart she is and has time to exercise her and stimulate her brilliant mind. Nova is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. If you are interested in Nova, please submit an online application so we can learn a little about you to make sure Nova would be a good match.
