FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Zion! Zion is a 1-year-old, 37 lb Shepherd/Husky/Kelpie mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter who has shown himself to be an incredibly sweet, loving, and good-natured young dog with so much potential! Zion is adventurous, affectionate, and eager to be involved with his people. He does great with other dogs and is friendly with everyone he meets! He’s treat-motivated, eager to learn, and genuinely wants to please his handler, making him a great candidate for continued training and an active lifestyle. He came to us underweight, and we’re currently working on helping him gain healthy weight and build muscle. Zion would thrive in a home that wants to continue that journey with him, providing good nutrition, regular exercise, and activities that keep both his body and mind engaged. Zion is looking for an active home that enjoys walks, adventures, and spending time together. With structure, routine, and plenty of love, this good boy is going to make an incredible companion and lifelong best friend! Zion is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Say hello to sweet Max. He is a ~8 year old, ~75lb German Shepherd who is looking for his forever family. Max is extremely sweet and loving with people. He has lived in a home before, knows basic obedience including shake, and is smart and eager to please! Although Max is older, he still has a good amount of energy and is strong on walks. He would love a family that will take him for adventures, walks, and enjoys playtime! After his activity, he loves to cuddle up and relax on a cozy bed. Max has done well with other dogs in our care, and would do fine with another dog companion in his forever home for as an only dog soaking up all the affection. Max is a sweet boy who deserves to be spending his older years in a loving home. Apply to foster or adopt him in our website! His adoption fee is $400.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED! Say hello Greta. She is a ~2 year old, German Shepherd who was dumped near a partner rescue in California. She is hoping to find her forever family in the PNW! The kennel environment is very hard for Greta and she struggles to keep weight on. She is currently underweight and will need a family that can help get her to her ideal weight. Greta will thrive with a family that can bring love and routine into her life. She is very loving and bonds deeply to her people. She is treat motivated and very smart, she is eager to please her person and will do great with proper training. Being a GSD, she would love a family that is active and wants to include her on adventures. After activity, she is happy to lounge with her people. Greta can be reactive with other dogs at this time and will need a family that can help her decompress from the stress of being in a kennel environment, and work with her on confidence and socialization with other dogs. Like most working breeds, the stress of a kennel environment greatly affects how these dogs act around other dogs. With time, love, and proper training, we believe Greta can feel safer and calmer with other dogs. Due to her reactivity, she would not do well in an apartment or busy city environment, she is best suited for a calmer, more rural neighborhood. Greta is an extremely loving girl and deserves to be in a home where she can feel safe and supported. Greta is spayed, UTD on shots and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $400.
