Squirrel, is very beautiful pure black short hair cat. He is possibly Siamese and some other breed mix cat. He’s about 5-6 yo has been neutered. He’s very friendly loves kids. He’s also a very much outdoor enthusiast which is the reason we want to re-home him, we travel a lot and we have another cat with which we hoped he’ll become friends but has not, just ignores him and hisses if he comes too close it’s been a few years now and nothing has changed. He lost his bff 3 years ago and hasn’t gotten close to our main coon maybe because of his size, not sure why they didn’t become friends. He does have buddies outside in the neighborhood. We travel a lot and it’s a bit stressful when one is home other is outside and trying to make sure they’re both ok. Squirrel would make a great farm cat, he’s great at catching pray and getting rid of pests on the yard! He’s very small and graceful in appearance. My name is Ferris — a handsome seal-point Siamese mix with charming snowshoe feet and a voice you’ll never forget. For a long time, I wandered a neighborhood alone. It seemed my family had moved away and simply left me behind. I waited. I hoped. But no one came back for me. Then a kindhearted woman noticed me. She saw past the loneliness and took me in, giving me safety and love until a space opened at Animal Ark. I’ll always be grateful for that. Everyone who meets me says the same thing: I’m friendly, affectionate, and wonderfully talkative. What can I say? I’m part Siamese — we’re known for having opinions, and I’ve got plenty to share. I’ll chat with you about your day, your dinner, your dreams… I just love being part of the conversation. When I arrived at the shelter, I was tested for FIV, FeLV, and heartworm. My results came back positive for both FIV and feline leukemia. It sounds scary, but many cats like me live long, happy, love-filled lives. I just need to be the only cat in my home — which means you get all my affection, all my purrs, and all my stories. I’d be an ideal candidate for a foster home. In a new environment, you'll often find him tucked away in his cozy cave bed. Once he feels safe and comfortable, Auden loves to give head bumps, soak up attention, and curl up in his favorite person's lap.
