Story
Tommy and Hermes (two brothers around 8 months old) are a wonderful, bonded pair of fur babes that are hoping to find their forever family. These stunning flame point boys together provide the perfect package. If you are looking for kitties that love to both play and cuddle, then you are in for a treat! They can be high energy when it comes to playing sessions either with each other (which is so fun to watch) or with you! However, they are also exceptional at napping the mid-day away. These fluffs love to cuddle next to you or follow you no matter what time of day. Tommy (the short hair of the pair) is such a sweet boy. He is the most affectionate (needy in the best way) of the two and will beg (in the form of talkative meows) for cuddles and to be held any time but especially in the morning. Waking up with him makes for a perfect morning! He is overcoming some shyness that came about due to his time in a hoarding home but has come SO far and doesn't even hide or shy away from strangers anymore. His shyness only shows when he is spooked. Tommy loves to play, eat, but most of all he loves cuddles and getting love/pets. Hermes (the long-haired one of the pair) is also affectionate but instead of cuddling up in your arms and on your chest, he prefers to warm your feet. Otherwise, he is always wanting to follow you around and is curious about what you are up to. He often loves to sit on your feet when you stand and even will try to do so when you walk around. He is also a big stretcher (as you'll see in the photos). After or during napping, he stretches out BIG. His beautiful coat will need to be brushed daily to keep him looking and feeling his best! These kitties are incredible and whoever becomes their family is wonderfully lucky. They are all anyone could ever want in a pair of loving fur babe brothers. They have high energy during play times (mid-morning and early evening), but otherwise crash like pros during the day. They currently live with a married couple and an old man cat of about 14 years in a two-story home. They get along with him but may be a bit too high energy for him. They are good with children and would be great with another active cat; these adorable guys haven’t met any dogs yet. Hermes sometimes gets some buildup in his right ear. This may subside with time but if not, it's easy to pop in a few drops now and then and I'd happily show you how! Tommy and Hermes’ ideal home would be one where they could have some room to run around, things to play with, scratch, and climb, and compassionate people/person to give them all the love they deserve and have become accustomed to—these beautiful brothers were rescued from a hoarding home, so they deserve to live the safe, affectionate, cozy indoor life.
