Story
Bella is a very sweet 10 yr old Poodle/Chihuahua mix. Her owner passed away and she moved in with the son but his 4 children were just too much for Bella. She would wish for a quieter home and is used to a fenced in yard so we will require one. Bella is house trained and very sweet. She would do best with another small dog in the home as she is very active. We will accept applications at pawshs.org/adoption/Please submit an application at pawshs.org and NOT a Petfinder inquiry as they may not be answered due to the volume of these inquiries received. Our adoption fees include the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations (including rabies for cats / dogs over 4 months of age), flea prevention, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, heartworm test for dogs over 1 yrs old, and microchipping. Known for her impeccable manners, she is a very well-behaved, fully house-trained, and leash-trained dog. Buttercup is 18 months old. She is very shy and has been ever since she was a puppy. She is a very good dog and gets along great with our two Bernese Mountain dogs and our grand kids. She is crate trained. She does keep our 3 cats on edge but especially our male Ragdoll cat. It causes him to not want to use his littler box. That was not an issue until Buttercup showed up. For that reason we need to move on. It’s not fair to either animal. We hate to see her go but it’s unfair to have her in a cage just so the male cat can move around the house. Looking for a loving home that’s willing to work thru her shy tendencies. She has so much potential. Thanks Neil

Poppy is a very intelligent, affectionalte and energetic puppy.  She is good with cats, other dogs and people.   She is a big cuddler, potty trained and walks well on a leash.  She does not need to be crated, and she chews her toys only.
