Story
I’m a sweet, well‑mannered kitty who loves all the fun cat things! I’m curious and enjoy finding secret hiding spots under beds or in closets. My favorite toys are balls and anything with bells inside—I even play fetch! I drink from my bowl but also enjoy fountains and water from the sink. When I hear the sound of ice from the refrigerator, I come running to bat at the pieces that fall! People‑watching from my window perch is a favorite pastime, and a soft folded blanket is the perfect nap spot. I’m affectionate, love cuddling, want to be wherever you, are and I have the softest, silkiest fur you've ever felt. I blend well with other cats and have experience with children. Could I be your perfect companion? Here I am! Est. DOB: January 26, 2025 Fully vetted: treated for fleas, ear mites, and intestinal parasites, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted), spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations (including FVRCP+FeLV [initial vaccination and booster] and rabies), and microchipped with shelter paid registration.

Story
Sandman is one of 7 kittens born to an unowned outdoor cat. We took the litter in when they were young to tame, snuggle, and rehome instead of having them add to our community's feral cat population. Sandman is a little timid but when he warms up to you he is an absolute snuggle bug. He has the loudest pur and he loves to play and cuddle.

Boogy is a very spunky and high energy boy. He is extremely adventurous and curious and he LOVES to play. He loves evening snuggles in your lap for naps but does not want to be picked up and snuggled. He just likes to sit next to you or in your lap. Story
Name: Taffy Age: 6 Months Gender: I'm a handsome boy Location: Durham Hi Human! My name is Taffy. Like the candy Laffy Taffy. I'm a handsome boy about 6-7 months and I came from Sanford, NC. I'm not necessarily a lap kitty but sometimes i'll randomly jump on you and give you motor purrrs. You can hold me if i'm in the mood but just not for long periods. I'd like to be in a home with another kitten or young cat so I have a playmate. I'm discovering life and enjoying being a kitten but want to enjoy it with my human family. If you could provide me a cat tree, lots of scratching posts and toys that would be great! I'd love to meet you if you think I would fit in your home. If you're interested to learn more about Taffy, reach out to Heather at catsonthehorizon@gmail.com. Taffy looks forward to meeting you.

Story
Name: Billy Age: 7 months-ish Gender: Male Location: Durham, NC Hi Human! My name is Billy. My foster mom named me this 'cause i'm silly Billy, I'm also called Little Billy and named after Billy Blanks and if you we're born before 2000's then you've probably heard of him. He's a martial arts boxing instructor. There's this cute thing I do sometimes when I'm playing I like to do little boxing jabs and it was too fitting with my other names so Billy it is! I was rescued along with my brother Bastian in a residential street outside. I had food and water but as a little kitten it was hard to survive all on my own. My eye got infected and I couldn't see in my right eye for awhile but when my foster mom took me in, she gave me eye meds and nursed me back to health. My right eye was saved! Yaaaay. I've been to the vet, neutered, vaccinated, tested and de-wormed. I'm all healthy now and am looking for my forever home. If possible, I'd like to be adopted with my brother Bastian. Were litter mates and like to play together. I'm your typical playful and energetic kitten who likes to play with the string toy, and laser pointer. My foster mom says I have lots of energy. I have a playful bite but I never mean hurt my human/s. I guess for a kitten..maybe I have a short tension span but that's only because everything is still new and exciting to me. I like zoom zooms, running and jumping on things. I can't wait to see what else is out there. There's an adoption fee and reference is required. If you'd like to meet me then reach out to my foster mom Heather at catsonthehorizon@gmail.com. I look forward to meeting you soon!

He loves to speak his mind and has a crunchy meow to him. One of butter’s favorite things to do is chase small balls and play with a cat stick. But most of all he loves being petted! Which if you put them together they are peanut butter! Butters also loves small dogs that are calm along with other kittens! Butters is neutered and has had his rabies vaccine.
