Story
Percy is part of a bonded pair. He comes with his brother Marvin in a separate profile.Marvin (littermates). He's almost 11 months old. Born on 7/24/25. I acquired him and his brother on a visit to see my uncle in NC. He had multiple dogs on his property, one of which had obviously recently given birth. He and his brother were approximately 8 weeks old and were still nursing. I have a large goldendoodle at home and thought it would be crazy to take home a puppy, so I didn't. I thought about them for weeks and ended up returning for another visit and took them both home. I planned to keep Marvin and rehome his brother Percy but when I realized how bonded they were I kept them both. I love them so much . They love my dog and play ALL THE TIME.They are both quite rambunctious and love to play. Percy is the scaredy cat of the group. They are both a bit "barky" but easily corrected. They have some training but def could use more I could write so much more but letters are limited. See videos

Meet Stetson! Stetson is a 1–2 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound, medium sized at around 50 pounds, and an absolute crowd pleaser. Found as a stray, he hasn’t let his past slow him down one bit — this boy is all joy, all fun, and all heart. Stetson is a true video star who knows how to steal the spotlight. He took to toys right away and makes it very clear that playtime is his favorite time. Toss a toy and you’ll see his playful, joyful personality shine. He’s the kind of dog who makes you laugh, invites you to join in his antics, and isn’t afraid to roll around on the floor with you just to keep the fun going. He’s friendly with people, dogs, and especially anything that qualifies as a toy. Stetson also does a nice job on leash, making him a great partner for walks and adventures when playtime winds down. Story
Brody is a big, lean boy at about 65 pounds, with a beautiful buff-colored coat that really shows off his houndy good looks. He can be a little revved up in his kennel, but once he’s out and settled, his true personality shines. In our photo area, Brody relaxed quickly and made it clear that what he wants most is love—lots of it. He is a friendly, affectionate “leaner” who loves to press in close and soak up attention. Brody is very people-centered, enjoys being around his humans, and is both dog and people friendly. He thrives on interaction and would love a home where he can be included as part of the family. Brody is a sweet, loving guy who will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for an affectionate, social dog with a big heart and an even bigger desire to be loved. Brody is up to date on all required vaccines and will be neutered prior to adoption. Meet CJ – The Sweetest Little Hound Around! If you're looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold, CJ may be your perfect match! This handsome 1½-year-old Beagle/Hound mix weighs in at a perfect 32 pounds—just the right size for adventures, snuggles, and everything in between. CJ is truly one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. He loves everyone he encounters and gets along wonderfully with people and other dogs alike. His gentle, affectionate personality makes it impossible not to fall in love with him. CJ's story hasn't always been easy. Before coming into rescue, he spent his life as an outside hunting dog and had never experienced the comfort of living inside a home. Thanks to his amazing foster mom, CJ is discovering just how wonderful family life can be! He's learning all about house manners, cozy beds, and potty training, and he's making great progress every day. As a young hound mix, CJ would love a canine sibling to romp and play with. Having another dog in the home would help keep him entertained and continue building his confidence. If he ends up being your one and only pup, he'll thrive with an active family that enjoys hiking, long walks, outdoor adventures, or even doggy daycare to help him burn off energy and socialize. CJ is true to his breed and follows his nose wherever it leads! He absolutely loves exploring the world through scent and would be happiest with a family that appreciates plenty of "sniffari" walks and opportunities to investigate all the exciting smells around him. Like many dogs adjusting to indoor life, CJ will need a patient family willing to continue his training and help him build confidence. In return, you'll get a devoted best friend who is eager to please and grateful for every bit of love he receives. CJ is ready to leave his past behind and start the next chapter of his life with a family of his very own. Apply today to meet this wonderful boy—you won't regret it!
