Story
Name: Star Gender: Female Breed: Whippet MixStar is a 9-month-old female Mixed Whippet with a heart as bright as her name. Rescued as a tiny puppy on the outskirts of Guadalajara, this sweet girl is currently in a PNW foster home, waiting for her forever family. Star is a timid little gal that is learning to trust those around her. She will need slow gentle introductions. Star is a mellow pup, she enjoys relaxing on the couch and observing her surroundings. She’s good with dogs and cats and does fine with gentle children. She would do best in a home with other dogs to help build her confidence. She is familairizing herself with potty training. She was potty trained in Mexico but in these new surroundings and environment, she is learning the new rules. She is crate trained and intelligent. Star will be easy to train. Because of her quiet, calm nature, she would do best in a home that is similar to her energy and personality.  Her adoption fee is $550 and includes up- to-date vaccines, a negative heartworm test, spaying/neutering, and microchipping. ##2158434##

OUR CONTACT IS THROUGH FACEBOOK MESSENGER. https://www.facebook.com/REDRescueEveryDog/ Meet Sweetie! Sweetie is a fun and loving girl who loves to spend time with people and playful kind dog companions. She is an active girl who is looking for a home with space to romp around. While she isn’t super heavy, she is on the taller side with her long legs. While with us she has done well with the other dogs she has met and with the cats she has met. She would also do well as an only dog. She crates well, and has been learning basic skills such as sit and wait. We are looking for a home for her that wants to put the bit of time in to make this young girl the amazing pup we know she can be! Sweeties adoption donation is $450 to help cover some of her costs including transport, spay, vaccines, vetting, and daily care. Most dogs require a fenced yard. We seek fully fenced yards with a physical, visible fence. Typically, the fence must be connected to the house/ a door in the home, and the dog safe fenced area must exclude driveway and car access. Shock/electronic fences will not be approved for most dogs. A sturdy, high quality crate is also required (due to safety concerns, no wire or soft crates will be accepted. Impact, Ruffland, 4 point contact locking door Skyline, Zinger Winger, etc type crate). We will be considering homes in W. Wa and possibly Oregon, no other out of state adoptions at this time. THIS DOG IS IN FOSTER CARE IN POULSBO, WA. MEET AND GREETS WILL TAKE PLACE THERE AS WELL. Story
To meet Becky, please submit an application at www.thehausofdogs.com/adopt . This funny, friendly lady is the perfect size at just 28 pounds—and she’s not expected to get much bigger. Becky is still a puppy at heart, full of love, enthusiasm, and personality. Whether she’s playing in the yard or soaking up attention from her favorite humans, Becky is sure to keep you entertained and smiling. Becky loves her walks and exploring the world around her. She’s met other dogs and did wonderfully—her playful spirit came out as she tried to get her new friend to chase her! Becky would thrive in a home with another dog who shares her zest for life, but she’s also perfectly content being the center of attention as a solo pup. If you’re looking for a fun, active companion who’s as loving as she is cute, Becky might just be your perfect match. WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Mojito - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hey all you fabulous people out there, I'm Mojito and I'm here searching for a family, a home...one that I can call my very own!! And since you're reading this I'm hoping maybe just maybe it could be with YOU?!! My name is Mojito but I'm sometimes called Meathead, Dammit, Get Down, Stop That and Mojo. And I answer to all of them!!! My foster mom wants you to know: He is very loving and wants to sit in your lap! I think he will do well with older kids. He will need someone that will be home most of the time. He has learned how to stay in a crate but is not happy about it. He does sleep in a crate at night and usually does well. He also identifies as a cat and loves to climb so he can see everything that goes on. He will get things off the counter if left alone. I didn't have a very good start in life and as a result have some separation anxiety but we have been working really hard and I'm really doing so much better. But my ideal home would be where my person works from home. I'm a youngster yet of around a year old and come in at the top end of the small category of about 25lbs. That is a pawsomely perfect size for...everything! Neighborhood strolls, nature hikes, co-piloting errand runs, supervising yardwork, you name it, I'm just right for the job at hand!! Playful and sweet, active and adventurous, I've got some great qualities ready to share with my very own family. I am so ready to be that lil heartbeat at your feet or on your lap! If you're ready for an active lil buddy to share in your life's adventures all you need to do is stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application. You can find it at haydudeequine.org

Story
Animal Profile: Kiko is an estimated 4 year old 20lb little brown dog with a heart of gold. She can be shy when first meeting new people, but once she feels safe she’ll shower you with affection and show off her playful personality.  Foster Update:  Kiko is coming out of her shell and is such a love-bug.She settles in her crate and is a pretty even-keeled gal up for adventure/playtime and snuggles. Kiko gets along great with the two large resident pups and loves to romp and run in the yard with them. She also shares space and understands the boundaries in her foster pack. She’s a bit shy meeting new folks (especially men)  but after a little slow visit, she opens up and will snuggle up to you. Kiko has good recall and does pretty well on leash walks - but she will benefit from some basic training and time to grow her confidence.  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.  Apply Online: www.DogGoneSeattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog was rescued from Hawaii Animal Control arrived to Seattle area foster care on Weds 11/20/24.  December 8, 2024, 6:18 pm

He can be timid and fearful at first, but once he is comfortable he is sweet, affectionate and playful.  He loves being with other dogs and people, once he is comfortable.  Nyx can be easily startled, so we do not recommend him in a home with children.  He was found chained to a wooden kennel with dirt floors and it seems that is where he had spent his life, poor guy.  He will need a calm, quieter home and environment.  Nyx is not suitable for an apartment/condo/townhome and will need one without cats.  Nyx is a past Dog of the Month!!  https://greyhoundpetsinc.org/nyx-january-dog-of-the-month/ Sponsored by LaVerne Carlson Sponsored by Cathleen MacellariNyx would love to have a sponsor.  If this interests you, please see: https://greyhoundpetsinc.org/support/sponsor-a-dog/ Greyhound Pets, Inc. - www.greyhoundpetsinc.org - 877-468-7681 WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ADOPT A GREYHOUND?
