Levi is a 7 to 9 yr old, 6 pound, black and silver Yorkie Mix, sweet as can be. He is definitely a Mama's boy, doesn't care much for men, is not mean, just keeps his distance. Previous owner said he didn't like children. He's also neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Levi sleeps with his foster parents. He is crate trained, walks well on leash and loves exploring the back yard with his foster siblings. Levi ignores the resident cats and seems to be pretty well house trained if kept on a schedule. He eats Pet Fresh right now but we're working on introducing him to kibble. We're also working on teaching him to use steps to get on and off the couch. At this point he just hops up and down to be picked up. Once Levi gets used to his new home he is an absolute love bug (only took about a week). He wants to either sit on your lap or snooze near you. He loves to be carried and is great for car rides! When Levi was groomed, the groomer discovered a small lump on his behind. The vet checked it and said it was just a small, fatty cyst. Also, like many small dogs, Levi has luxating patella on both back legs. He is not in pain and gets a daily joint supplement. Levi's adoption fee is $500. Hi my name is Ben. I am a 7 year old male Yorkshire Terrier (Yorkie). I have a rust, tan and black coat. I am a puppymill survivor. I know I like people! I wag my tail and wiggle everywhere when I see someone. I do back up a few times before I wiggle over to a new person. I only weigh 5.6 pounds currently and I am a skinny boy who will need some TLC to give me back a healthy weight and a handsome coat. I am in a foster home in Mt Pleasant Wi. currently with other dogs and cats. I ignore those cats and have fun with the dogs. I will have my vetting Done December 2nd. He starts off a little shy, but once he decides you’re his person, he melts right into you. This boy is a professional lap snuggler & would happily spend his days curled up with his favorite human. Cooper walks nicely on leash, is crate trained, neutered, & up to date on shots. He hasn’t been around cats yet, so slow introductions or a cat‑free home would be best. Because he’s a sensitive little guy, Cooper will do best in a calmer home with kids 12 & up who can respect his space while he settles in. Bless'Me is a super sweet little dog. All he wants to do is snuggle constantly. He's a wonderful lap dog. He has great love for his human. He has very low energy and doesn't require much exercise. He'll go in short walks if it's nice out, but is happy to stay inside if it's cold or rainy. He doesn't really play. He mainly snoozes and cuddles. He has a slightly anxious personality so likes if everything is stable. He ignores cats. He really likes some dogs and is indifferent to others. He doesn't mind kids of all ages as long as they are respectful. It was recently discovered he has kidney disease, so he wears belly bands (kind of like diapers) in the house due to frequent urination. He is on prescription kidney food but no medication. He will need regular vet visits for blood work to monitor kidney values. He doesn't shed. He needs grooming about every two months. Even though he has some quirks, he's a sweet and cute little boy, so he's worth it.
