Story
`Meet Cali ??Cali is a 6-year-old Yorkshire Terrier with the gentlest soul. This sweet girl is a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her loving nature truly shines.Cali was a breeding mama who was recently released, and she’s just beginning to learn what it means to be a cherished family member. She’s discovering how to go potty outside, what it’s like to relax in a cozy home, and how wonderful kindness can be.Because of her past, Cali would do best in a patient home that understands she’s still learning. She would thrive with another confident dog to help show her the ropes and a fenced yard where she can safely explore at her own pace.If you have a calm home, a gentle heart, and room for a little Yorkie who deserves the very best chapter of her life, Cali may be your girl. ??Apply to adopt and give this deserving mama the forever home she’s been waiting for.www.nbstr.org `

Story
Teddy is a fun, energetic puppy. I’ve had him since he was 4 months and unfortunately haven’t been able to get him house trained as far as going to the potty. He definitely needs someone who can have patience and train him. He is somewhat pad trained but that’s a hit or miss. He doesn’t bite and I do have a cat. For the most part they get along well but Teddy thinks the cat is a dog so they tend to go at each other

Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs! To sponsor my trip to WI, go to  www.tailwaggers911.com  for more info! ***I am able to go home to my forever family right off of transport! You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!***   Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on MARCH 13th and arrive on MARCH 14th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!!   Updated: 2/26/2026 Dog Name: Elliot Sex: Male Estimated Breed: Yorkie/ Schnauzer Mix Approximate Age: 8-12 months Approximate Weight: 8-12 lbs Spay/Neuter Status: Neutered Description:   Meet Elliot! When we heard about these two boys, we knew it was a critical situation, and we had to step in. These sweet pups were part of a family of five that showed up around New Year’s, running in the fields and surviving on their own. Sadly, their mom and two siblings were taken by coyotes, leaving just these two scared boys trying to survive — hiding in a collapsed shed, covered in stickers, skinny, and terrified. They were exhausted, hungry, and unsure of people… but still wagging their tails and giving gentle little licks. Our Texas rescue partners couldn’t turn away. They are very sweet and need to get their second chance! Please help us bring them to WI! Elliot has the cutest ears! He is shy and gentle. He loves to snuggle and is settling in to his TX foster home. He is the perfect little lap and snuggle baby!   Adoption Fee: $650We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time, we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. March 8, 2026, 1:05 am

Story
Hello Everyone, My name is Whistle and I’m a 2lb 3 mo old Yorkiepoo baby boy who is as sweet as can be. It is recommended that I be placed I a mature home as I am very tiny and will stay that way as I mature. I am looking for my happily ever after. Investing your time and love into me will be so worth it!! I am an absolute sweetheart. I am a ton of personality in a very tiny frame. I was rescued and am now in a foster home awaiting my forever family. I am a sweet, loving and smart lil baby who just wants a loving family. I am happy, playful and an absolute joy to be around. I love playing and I am right at the perfect age for lots of training. I am good with children and other animals. Please add a lotta unconditional love, sloppy kisses, tail wags and endless happiness to your family and contact jbrescuerangers@yahoo.com for an adoption application and bring me home. I will come with the works (neutered, up to date on everything, micro chipped, fecal, heart worm tested, monthly heartworm, flea and tick prevented, a free vet visit and medical insurance). What more could a new family ask for? Love and Kisses, Whistle
