You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on May 16th and arrive on May 17th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Updated: 5/1/2025 Dog Name: Bobby Sex: Male Estimated Breed: Yorkie/Terrier Mix Approximate Age: 2-3 years Approximate Weight: 15-20 lbs Spay/Neuter Status: Neutered  Description: Bobby and his friends Betty and Billy came from a hoarding situation where they were abandoned and left out in inclement weather. He is smart and sweet, and has done great with everyone he has met. He has an adorable medium length coat, he is soft and loves to follow his fosters around. Doesn’t mind the cats in his foster home! Bobby really wants to find his forever family in the great state of Wisconsin! He is loving the life of an inside dog. Adoption Fee: $450We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. May 5, 2025, 7:42 pm

Story
Garrison is a tiny bundle of love looking for his forever lap! This sweet Yorkshire Terrier mix may be small at just 5.2 pounds, but his heart is enormous. Born on February 17, 2017, Gary spent the first years of his life as a puppy mill breeder dog, never knowing the warmth of a loving family. Now, he’s embracing his second chance at life and learning what it means to be truly cherished. Despite his rough start, Garrison has the sweetest soul. He has no teeth, but that doesn’t stop him from enjoying snacks. He’s pee pad trained, enjoys short, gentle walks on a leash, and has discovered snuggling in bed with his foster parents is pure bliss. Gary gets along well with other dogs and cats, but because of his tiny size and past experiences, he’d do best in a home without small children where he can feel safe and secure. His favorite things? Cuddling, belly rubs, and sitting on a warm lap all day. Garrison is waiting for you if you’re looking for a devoted, affectionate companion who will soak up every bit of love you have to give. Could you be his happily ever after? If so, please go to https://www.tinypawssmalldogrescue.org/ and fill out their application. Once approved, you can set up a meet and greet! Adoption fee: $500.00 Fostered by Amy Schwaiger in Trevor, WI amyschwaiger@yahoo.com
