Story
Hi. I’m Benny — Founder of Fluff, Director of Drama, and your Full-Time Luxury Experience. Let’s address the hair first. Yes, I woke up like this. No, it’s not tameable. This gravity-defying masterpiece requires upkeep — regular spa days every 4–6 weeks, thank you very much. Greatness like this doesn’t just happen. If you’re not prepared to commit to professional grooming, we may not be a match. I am art, and art requires maintenance. I’m fluffy, fabulous, and powered by playful chaos. I prance instead of walk, hop instead of run, and enter every room like it’s my stage and you’ve been waiting all day for me (you have). I’m a confident little explorer, but I do like to check in with my humans — mostly to confirm you’re still properly impressed. Cuddles? Absolutely. I’ll melt into your arms like a tiny cloud. Just don’t get too comfortable — in about 30 seconds I’ll reboot and be ready to party again. I’m great with kids, dog-approved, cat-curious, and still mastering potty training (I am a baby, after all — perfection takes time). Now, about those lifestyle expectations: I’m what the professionals call “high maintenance.” Grooming every 4–6 weeks is non-negotiable, and dental care is a must since little dogs like me are prone to dental issues — annual cleanings are typically part of the plan starting around age five. A wardrobe is strongly encouraged (seasonal options preferred), and with these little legs, being carried isn’t spoiling me — it’s practical. I will repay you generously in kisses. I’m smart, eager, busy, affectionate, and just the right amount of dramatic. I’ll be your shadow, your entertainment, your grooming appointment reminder, and your whole heart. If you’re ready for a playful, fabulous, high-maintenance best friend with a hairstyle that refuses to be ignored — Benny is accepting forever-home applications now.   All of our animals reside in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their perfect match. If you are interested in meeting this animal, please complete an adoption application on our website: https://www.BestPawsRescue.com   Spay/Neuter PolicyAny animal that has not been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption will require a signed Spay/Neuter Agreement and a refundable $100 deposit (payable by check or electronic payment). The procedure must be completed within six (6) months of the adoption date. Once Best Paws Rescue receives acceptable proof of the spay/neuter procedure, the deposit will be refunded to the adopter.Failure to comply with the terms of the Spay/Neuter Agreement within the required six (6) months will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the procedure is performed by one of Best Paws Rescue’s approved veterinary partners, the full cost of the spay/neuter is covered by the adoption fee. Ages and breeds are our best estimates, and we cannot make any guarantees. Most of our animals come from overcrowded shelters with limited resources. We do our best to evaluate each animal’s behavior and medical needs and place them into loving foster homes until they are ready to go home with you. Our organization is operated entirely by dedicated volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts. ##2652120##

Story
Meet Luna Luna is a 5yrs old Parti Yorkie her weight is about 6 lbs, she a very sweet girl needing a fresh start to the rest of her life. Luna enjoys companionship and being part of daily life. Luna came to rescue as a breeder release from a puppy mill. She is learning from my dogs what it means to be a family dog and loved. She goes outside every time my dogs go to do their jobs but still has an accident now and then, also goes on the puppy pads. She does go into her crate when I leave for errands She’s working on being leashed training and will need a little patients. She sleeps in my bedroom all night in her bed. An understanding adopter who can help her continue building confidence and skills. Luna would thrive in a home that: Has experience and patience and lots of love with dogs new to home life. Can provide consistent routines and gentle training. Another friendly dog a plus( will lay next to you for comfort including kids) she loves learning but still shy and curious. Understands that former breeder dogs need time, kindness, and reassurance. With the right home, she has all the potential to blossom into a loving and devoted companion. Her hair is growing out and can see her colors and markings on her sweet face. An adoption fee applies. Luna is spayed and micro chipped will be fully vetted. Luna is currently being fostered in Cedarburg, WI. For additional information on Luna, please contact her foster mom, Debi at 414/651-1148. Applications for adoption can be completed on our website at www.tinypawssmalldogrescue.org. Adoption fee require.
