Alvin is a 7-year-old, 53 pound, mixed breed boy who's ready to find his forever home. He's a heart worm survivor and rescued minutes from being euthanized. With his gentle demeanor and love for cuddles, Alvin is the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal and affectionate dog. * Loving and Affectionate: Alvin craves companionship and loves to be around his humans. He's a big fan of cuddles, back scratches, and ear rubs. * Well-Trained: He's both house and crate trained, making him a low-maintenance pet. * Good with Kids: Alvin gets along great with children and would make a wonderful family pet. * Dog-Friendly: While he prefers slower introductions to larger dogs, he's small dog-friendly and doesn't have a prey drive. Not cat tested at this time. * Easygoing: Alvin is a lazy boy who enjoys relaxing but also has spurts of playfulness. * Car-Friendly: He's a good traveler and enjoys car rides. * Food Motivated: Alvin is easily bribed with treats. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
