Bane is a 7 month old American Bulldog mix. He's been with his foster since he was 2 weeks old and found on a country road in a box with his siblings. He has a solid, stocky build and a huge personality. His face will let you know all his moods, from being goofy and playful to snuggling and pouting when he doesn't get his way. He's great in the car, loves walks, playing in the water hose and goes to stores often for socialization. Because Bane is motivated by treats it makes training easier. Junpei (43630) is a gorgeous girl. She is a 7 month old American bully mix puppy who is available for adoption. Junpei came to the shelter as a stray, so we do not know about her past. Junpei enjoys going on walks, running around in the yard with one of her dog companions, and taking a dip in the kiddo pool especially on these hot summer days. She loves to be around people and her whole-body wiggles when you talk to her in her kennel. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting.  ***** Atlas is a bully mix, is 1yr & 3mos old, weighs 65lbs, is neutered, is up to date on his vaccines, and is microchipped.  Atlas's guardian adds:   "Atlas is a fun and friendly dog.  He loves to go on walks, play tug, and practice his obedience training.  Out in the yard he may play fetch - after checking the perimeter to keep you safe from squirrels and bunnies!  After some exercise he is happy to settle down and chew a Nylabone or snuggle with his people.  He is equally happy at home on your couch or in his crate.  But he is very sociable without being a pest, so if you would like company at a dog-friendly cafe or other outing, he would much rather come along for the fun!   Atlas observes routines and learns very quickly, so he adapts to new environments well.  He would love to continue attending a doggy daycare or training classes so he can show off his smarts and continue his good manners with other dogs.   Atlas is either loose in the house during the day, or in his crate, depending on what we are doing.  At night, he sleeps in his room in a portion of the basement so the cats can be loose in the house at night.  He's fine during car rides, as he's excited at first but will settle in the back seat or in the back of an SUV.  Atlas has been attending a day training daycare at Leash Free Living in Millersville MD.  He knows all basic obedience, will sit and wait for food or to go through doors.  He is a very quick learner and takes correction well.  He is working on loose leash walking using a prong collar.  Atlas is currently eating Purina Sensitive Stomach and Skin kibble - salmon based.  Bullies tend toward allergies and chicken allergies, so we started him on this to prevent any issues." Oreo (f) - she is an American bulldog/ Cane corso mix. She is two years old, spayed, up-to-date on shots, and chiped. She is house trained. She loves to lay on the couch and chew her toys while cuddling. She is very energetic and needs a dominant male to control her; she definitely needs training. She is in a crate at night and during the day when the current caregiver is not home. She really needs a lot of attention and somewhere that she can run. ##320755##

Hi there, I'm Precious. They say that I am called this because I am the most precious dog here at God's Dogs Rescue. I came to the rescue in October of 2022 to have a safe place for me to have and raise my puppies. All my puppies were adopted by the end of January 2023, but I am still here looking for my furever home. I am a bigger girl, but this just means there is more of me to cuddle you, because I love cuddling it's one of my top 3 favorite things. 1) Food- I love food and will do almost anything you ask if you have a treat involved. 2) Cuddles- on your lap, on the couch, in the bed wherever there is a comfy space with pillows or a human I want to be there. 3) Kisses- I have a love of giving kisses to people, especially kids. Although not everyone likes it when I try to kiss them and that makes me sad. 4) Honorable mention- I like going on walks or in the car for a ride, although I prefer just lazing around at home. My current fosters say that I am a "house hippo with springs in my feet whatever that means; I just know sometimes, when I get super happy, I feel like I could fly- or jump really high. I love their kids and am very good with them even the tiny ones. I get along with most other dogs I meet, although I have a big personality about me, because I'm a boss, so sometimes other dogs don't like that about me. I tolerate cats although if they give me too much attitude or growl at me, I can't help but to give them piece of my mind. I like most new people I meet although I had a rough start in life so sometimes, I can be a little wary with men, with time though I adjust, and we can become best friends forever.
