Story
Hello, my name is Rudy, a sun loving, toy destroying cuddler. My family is growing with little humans, that I just cant seem to get comfortable with. I would do best to be in an adult home with infrequent visits from little ones. I am very smart and my parents have put a lot of time into my training. I have real life training skills such as "place", "lets go", "leave it", recall and when my little doorbell rings I know to go to my crate. I have been e-collared trained and know how to walk on a leash. My favorite activities include playing tug-o-war, running around outside, playing fetch, and napping on my dog bed or couch. I love structure and stability. When you are gone I love to be in my crate! If you end up being the right fit for me, my family will supply all the tools I currently use, so that we are best set up for success. I really am the perfect boy, but need the controlled energy that adults provide.

Story
Hi, I’m Lola. I’m a very soft, gentle girl who’s still learning that the world isn’t so scary. I might be shy when we first meet, but if you give me a quiet “hello” and a yummy treat, I’ll peek out and wiggle my way closer. I love cozy things — soft beds, warm blankets, and making little nests where I can curl up and feel safe. Squeaky toys make me light up, and once I’m comfortable, I’ll happily trot over with one in my mouth to show you. I’m a sensitive soul, but also incredibly sweet. I adore kind people, gentle voices, and anyone willing to move slow at first while I build my confidence. With patience, I’m the kind of dog who blossoms… and when I trust you, I give the softest, sweetest affection. I’m looking for a calm home where I can feel safe, loved, and understood. If you’re someone who believes in going at a dog’s pace, offering treats, time, and lots of cozy blankets — I think we could be the perfect match.

Story
Name: KincaidBreed: Pitt MixAge: 10/22/23 (2 years old)Sex: Male neuteredLocation: BuffaloWeight: 40lbsKincaid’s Story: A Tale of Hope and HeartOnce upon a time, there was a dog named Kincaid — though he didn’t always have that name. Before he was “Kincaid,” he was just another soul wandering the streets, scared and alone. He didn’t understand why he’d been left behind, why the people he loved were gone, or how he was supposed to survive on his own.The days were long, the nights were cold, and the world didn’t seem to have a place for him. He searched for food, for kindness, for someone to look past his tough exterior and see his gentle heart. But everywhere he went, people turned away. They saw a pit bull — and they saw “scary.” They didn’t see the loving, loyal boy behind those big, soulful eyes.Still, Kincaid never gave up. Like the Buffalo Bills, he believed that even when things looked bleak, there was always a chance to turn it around. One day, a kind man found him wandering and brought him to the shelter. Kincaid was relieved to finally be safe — but soon, he overheard the words that crushed his spirit: “No one wants him.” Days turned into weeks and nobody came for him. Then, one heartbreaking day, he heard the shelter staff whisper, “It’s time… no one’s interested. He’s taking up space.” Kincaid lowered his head, his hope flickering — until a woman stepped forward. She looked at him, really looked at him, and said, “I believe in you. You deserve a chance.” She named him Kincaid, after Dalton Kincaid of the Buffalo Bills — a player who always steps up when times get tough, who proves that determination and heart can change everything. And just like that, Kincaid’s story took its turn.Today, Kincaid is waiting for his forever home — one filled with warmth, laughter, and love. He’s a lover of people, life, and ear scratches. He’ll greet you with a wagging tail, a grateful heart, and the spirit of a team that never quits.Kincaid is available for adoption now, ready to bring joy, hope, and unconditional love into your life. Because just like his namesake, when life gets tough, Kincaid steps up — and he’ll always be your loyal teammate. Kincaid is currently working on potty training, knows sit and walks well on a leash. If you are interested in Kincaid please apply at https://www.716paws.org/adopt or message the rescue on Facebook, if you're already approved.  ##2587304##

Story
Hi everyone I’m Tyrone, a 1.5 year old pit bull terrier mix who weighs around 45 pounds. I am the happiest, most playful pup you will ever meet who loves everyone - dogs and humans alike. I have plenty of energy and love to play with toys and my foster dog siblings.  I would thrive in a home with a fenced in yard or humans that love to go on walks and adventures. Oh, and did I mention? I’m a big fan of car rides and meeting new friends! I adore being with my humans and will happily follow you around, but I’m also crate trained! Even though I’ll give you my best puppy-dog eyes in hopes of curling up in bed with you, I’m perfectly content snoozing in my crate through the night or during the workday without issue. I’m also fully potty trained, so I know exactly where to do my business! If you’re looking for a happy, loving, goofy pup, apply to meet me at www.buffalounderdogs.com/adopt ##2493055##

Story
Meet Mary Jane ! Mary Jane is a 4-month-old, 27-lb bundle of sweetness with a face so cute it already has its own dog emoji and a tongue that’s almost always hanging out just a little, making her extra charming. She’s snuggly, playful, calm, and always happy to be wherever her people and other dogs are. Her favorite activities include long naps, playing with her beloved stuffy toys, and the occasional joyful zoomie outside when it’s potty time. Mary Jane is incredibly adaptable and settled seamlessly into her foster home alongside a senior dog and a senior cat. She loves playing with other dogs but is also perfectly content being a couch potato or taking cozy naps in her crate. She also enjoys stimulating toys and does a great job entertaining herself. She’s wonderful with adults, children, and everyone in between. MJ is doing well with potty training and is learning how to tell her people when it’s time to go outside, she’s a smart girl and learning more every day. Her ideal home could truly be just about anything. Whether you’re looking for a laid-back snuggle buddy, a playful puppy who loves backyard zoomies, or a loyal best friend who will happily nap by your side, Mary Jane will make any home immediately better. Story
Hey there My name is Bertie  but my friends call me Mr B. I am a young (1yr old) Pit bull mix & weigh just over 50lbs. I’m crate / house trained, walk well on a leash & love being close to my humans. I do need to be close to my human at all times but sleep all night in my crate without needing to go out. My foster dad calls me his shadow.  I live with him & have a cat sibling but she needs her own space as I’m too playful & wary of her   I like meeting new people but it takes me a minute to warm up. I like car rides & am working on not hugging everyone I meet. I love treats & am very food motivated! Which makes training easy   I am ready for a family of my own. Could that be with you? Apply to meet me at www.buffalounderdogs.com/adopt  Ps. I’m best suited to a quieter house with no young children, please! ##2353833##
