Story
Lorelai’s journey didn’t start kindly. She was found tied to a tree before being brought to the shelter, where the noise and chaos were overwhelming for her. Lorelai spent weeks struggling in that environment—until ManyPaws stepped in and placed her with an incredible foster who gave her the space and safety she needed to heal. Once Lorelai feels secure, she’s an absolute gem. She’s affectionate, intuitive, and beautifully balanced, the kind of dog who’s just as happy curled up on the couch as she is racing around the yard showing off her zoomie speed. She’s independent but deeply loyal, forming strong bonds with the people she trusts. Lorelai can be cautious with new people and dogs at first, but patience and calm introductions make all the difference. In foster care, she’s learned that not every stranger is scary, not every dog is a threat, and that the world can be a good, joyful place. With thoughtful guidance, she blossoms into a sweet, devoted companion. Inside the home, Lorelai truly shines. She’s quiet, clean, and respectful of routines. She sleeps peacefully in her crate all night, entertains herself with toys or bones during the day, and causes no chaos, just calm, steady companionship. She loves lounging just as much as she loves running, making her an easy and enjoyable dog to live with. Lorelai has worked hard in training and continues to build her confidence. She walks nicely on leash, eats comfortably alongside her foster brother, and proudly shows off her Sit and Shake skills once she warms up. She’s thriving with structure, consistency, and connection, and the rescue will continue covering her training after adoption. Lorelai isn’t for the average pet owner, but for the right person, she’s everything. She’s looking for someone who understands that leadership is about trust, patience, and partnership. In return, she’ll be a fiercely loyal friend who sticks by your side through it all. If you’re looking for more than a dog—if you’re looking for a true companion—Lorelai might just be your perfect match 🐾💛 EMBARK BREED RESULTS: American Pit Bull Terrier: 33% Labrador Retriever: 31% Australian Shepherd: 12% Boxer:11% Golden Retriever: 7% German Shepherd: 4%

Story
My teenager in late summer of 2019 brought Jax home at about 3 months old. He is the most sweet soft hearted dog I have known. I love Jax to death but he deserves so much better with a more active family. Due to my health issues I cannot give him the active playtime he deserves. He does has extreme separation anxiety, I really wish I didn't have to let my best friend go, but it is really best for both of us. He loves kids, loves to exercise, is obsessed with tennis balls ( He is the only dog I ever saw throw a tennis ball against a wall and catch it) I live in an apartment and he just deserves to be in a better place. He is really a good looking healthy dog, who has a heart of gold. I will miss him.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This is Duncan Doggie, He is almost 6 years old, 67 pound Pit Bull (possibly a mix, there is no way to really know for sure in rescue) that has a lot of love to give but will need some special care in his furever home. Duncan has a lot of love to give and is overall a very happy and healthy boy but it took a lot of time, love and some medical care to get him there.  Duncan Doggie was found dumped on the grounds of Avenal State Prison in California June of 2023 and no one really knows how he got there. He was covered in wounds that were either from other dogs or coyotes, missing a majority of his fur, skin rubbed raw, and a lot of his teeth were broken. A volunteer at the Avenal shelter posted a TikTok in hopes that a rescue would pull him and give him the medical attention he needed and the love he deserved, that is where I found him. I instantly fell in love with him and drove the 1800 mile round trip to pick him up and bring him back to Northern Utah.    He is the biggest love bug and will gladly accept scratches and cuddles from any humans big or small! He loves to run around in the yard, play tug of war, play fetch, and if you are lucky he will even bring the ball back to you! True to his breed he also loves being lazy, he has his favorite purple minky that he stole from me and will go with him to his forever home for him to cuddle to his heart's content. He currently lives with children aged 3-14 and he is wonderful with all of them, sometimes he will get the wiggle butts and his tail could make him considered armed and dangerous, other than that though he is a complete sweetheart. Unfortunately due to his past he is fear reactive to any adult dogs and an addendum will be included in his adoption contract. He has loved every single puppy I've fostered in the last 8 months like it was his own but any adult dogs at home or in public terrify him and make him get full body shakes and then turn to aggression if he can't be removed from the other dog immediately.    Since having Duncan here he has made huge strides in his health and he has been the happiest, most loving foster from the second I picked him up. We discovered that his fur was missing and skin was raw due to food allergies, he needs to be on a grain and poultry free diet to prevent that from happening again in the future, he is currently eating a salmon based food and thriving on it. In addition to his allergies he was in need of a complete dental and is down 14 teeth but that doesn't stop him from eating dry food and enjoying treats like any other dog. He is resilient and has not let a single negative thing slow him down, he is truly a special dog.   If you are interested in giving this handsome man a safe and happy home where he can be an only dog you can apply to meet him at  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 7, 2026, 6:23 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi!!! We’re Wiggle & Wobble  We’re two goofy brothers looking for our forever homes   We’re about 1–2 years old, a bully mix with maybe a little corgi in us (have you seen our short little legs?!). I’m Wiggle, the bigger one at 44 lbs, and my brother Wobble is 38 lbs with a fluffier tail and a bit more white. We’re basically twins when it comes to looks! Even though we look alike, our personalities are a little different:  I’m Wiggle—super cuddly and very people-loving. I might get nervous with new things, but when it comes to humans, I’m the first one to come say hi and soak up all the love. And I’m Wobble—I love cuddles too, but I’m a bit more independent. I really enjoy being around my dog friends and I’m usually the first to try something new… but I can be a little shy when meeting new people at first. One thing we do have in common? We’re both goofy boys who LOVE belly rubs  We’re both incredibly sweet, gentle dogs who LOVE other dogs of all sizes. We’d do amazing with a furry sibling to help us feel confident and show us the ropes. We’re still learning that things like vacuums and loud noises aren’t so scary, so we’ll need a patient home that helps us keep building confidence. The good news? We’re super smart! We’re kennel trained, potty trained with a doggy door, and we walk great on a leash (sometimes we get a little nervous and freeze, but we’re working on it!). Our dream home would be a patient, loving family who understands we’re still learning about the world and one with another fur buddy to help us feel safe  Could one of us be your perfect match? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Prepare for adventure with this dashing 9-week-old Lab bully mix! Sir Waylon is a pup with a heart full of courage and a spirit ready for exploration. He's estimated to be a medium-sized marvel, likely reaching a robust 45-50 lbs, perfect for all sorts of fun activities. Sir Waylon is incredibly bold and adventurous, always eager to discover new sights, sounds, and smells. His favorite activities include exploring every nook and cranny, playing with his furry friends (he can definitely hold his own!), and, of course, indulging in some delicious snacks. He's a dog-social butterfly and absolutely adores other canines! This little knight also has a big heart for kids! He loves their energy and playtime, but with his own boundless enthusiasm, he might be a bit much for very small children. A home with older, sturdy kids who can match his playful spirit would be a dream come true. He's a smart cookie, already working hard on his potty training and sleeping soundly in his kennel through the night. Sir Waylon is ready for a family who will continue his training journey with positive reinforcement and plenty of love. He thrives on human connection and absolutely loves his people! If you're looking for an active, loyal, and fun-loving companion to join your family's adventures, Sir Waylon of the Night is ready to steal your heart!  If he sounds perfect for you, put your app in with Reacue Rovers today!  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.April 13, 2026, 6:15 pm
