Meet Remy! A face everyone can LOVE! Literally, it is soooo squishy and then that smile. Can you already tell we are a little bit obsessed?! Smart, potty trained, crate trained, dog friendly, INSANELY cuddly and squishy! Remy is truly a special boy with a love for the ladies! He is trying to get to a ladies exclusive Pride event before the month is over! Don’t get me wrong though, Remy is a ladies man but he hasn’t written men off- he enjoys his male humans too! He just needs slow introductions and time to warm up. He needs time to slowly check them out, see what they are about, and then he’ll be your BFF and instant playmate. This boy is truly a loyal king! He is ready for furever and will roll, slip, and slide to get your attention, then hit you with the brown puppy-dog eyes to seal the deal! Sure he snores but its easy to ignore when he has so many other great qualities. Plus, he will always say yes to a coffee date as long as you are buying. His order never changes- one pup cup! Please and thank you! Remy is a 3LP favorite- from staff to volunteers, every person he meets falls head over heals or him. He may win the award for most Doggy-Day-Outs! He is consistently the chosen one, which is where he acquired a taste for Pup Cups and car rides. See him through the eyes of all us Remy lovers in his “dating profile introduction.” This hunk would prefer a home with no cats. Well, if I am honest- he would LOVE a home with cats- they are sooo fun to chase if you ask him. Us, we know that it causes chaos and makes any cat out there upset and we don’t want that for anyone! Remy may only want to play but cats think differently. This boy isn’t only good looks and good taste, he is smart too! He has learned to sit, stay, and his foster mom shared he is house trained! He loves to play fetch and his favorite toy is anything that squeaks.Plus, he is very treat motivated so continued training should be a piece of cake! Looks, manners, teachable… an actual dream man! Remy is also great on leash and rides well in the car so he is ready for walks and hikes anywhere you want to go! Be warned though, he does try to sneak kisses while you drive, he isn’t pushy, just wants you to know he loves you for driving and how much he enjoys spending time with you. He would love a fenced in yard where he can roam and fetch a ball! Even if it’s just him tossing the ball to himself! Which, yes, he does! We believe Remy would do well in a home with another dog that matches his energy and doesn’t mind the classic bully breed approach to play. He is absolutely up for being your one and only though, he has the love and adoration of 5 dogs in him to give and is ready to soak up all the attention and adventures he can to make up for “lost-time.” He has lived with large males both playful and more calm. He loves to romp around and share his toys and has always been the submissive one of the bunch. So much so that he is what we call an Assessment dog. This is basically a gold star in the 3LP world, a dog that is predictable and consistent, used to gauge in-coming dogs personality towards other dogs. Inviting if they were friendly, neutral if they were unsure, aloof and avoidant if the dog shows signs of being aggressive. Remy has helped save hundreds of dogs by being such a stable, non-conflict dog. He carved out a huge space in the heart of everyone at the rescue because he is a dogs-dog on top of all that charm. He isn’t a vocal boy so living in a condo/townhome environment would be fine as long as he receives plenty of toys and gets that much needed time to bask in the sun and daily walks (more like strolls). Ready to adopt Remy? Here is his adoption application https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/64bfd6afb059e6bf0609a46f Questions? Meet Chicken, the ultimate family dog ready to bring joy and cuddles to your home! This sweet girl absolutely adores kids. She’s all about gentle snuggles, quiet companionship, and delightful happy dance. Just take a look at her heartwarming couch session with a three-year-old: Watch here- https://youtu.be/JuFpUL9Vne8?si=_QWxEaQP6Rg4f7gH Recently, Chicken met a five-year-old boy at the park, and her eyes lit up the moment he petted her. Her tail wagged like it was her birthday! See the magic here! Watch her video here: https://youtu.be/GKQsiN3-c9w?si=6BFHCePXqFsWp44L What truly sets Chicken apart is her amazing ability to connect with her humans. She walks beautifully at your side, ready to shower you with kisses or lean in for affection. With her excellent recall, she'll come trotting over just for a little love. When she met my five-year-old son, she was totally relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed his attention. Chicken is also an active girl who thrives on outdoor adventures. Whether you enjoy jogging, biking, or hiking, she’s the perfect companion. At around 7 years old, she still has plenty of pep in her step! But don’t let her age fool you; her favorite pastime is curling up on the couch with you. She adores soft blankets and is more than happy to share her space with other dogs. This beautiful girl loves wading in the river, making her the ideal adventure buddy for family outings. At the park, she’s a model citizen—well-behaved and a dream in the car! Chicken Nugget is confident and mature, getting along well with other dogs. While she may not be overly playful, she’d be thrilled to have a calm canine companion. Her current foster has a male Staffordshire terrier, and they love lounging together on the bed. Currently in Texas, Chicken is ready for a virtual meet-and-greet! If you have any questions about this charming girl, we’re here to help. Don’t miss your chance to welcome Chicken Nugget into your family—she’s ready to make your home a little cozier and a lot more fun! 🐾❤️ Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/654cfc1690b03684dc0412b4 Please email Jessicak@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Story
Meet the coolest dog in rescue, Taylor. Taylor is incredibly intelligent, a highly trainable girl that learns quickly, and with much excitement. Taylor is friendly with people, she’ll greet you with tail wags and kisses. She’s good with kids too! Here at the rescue, the staff and the dogs all love having Taylor around- she’s so much fun, and so silly. We believe Taylor to be an American Pit Bull mix of some sort. She’s around 60 pounds, and estimated to be around two and a half years old. However, Taylor is a rescue, so her exact age and breed are unknown to us and cannot be guaranteed. She is good and quiet in her crate, confident in the car and good on leash. Watch Taylor here: https://youtu.be/MiFX5h9D2NI?si=NdGCddoBWvZcRXCC Taylor loves love, and she loves toys. Combine the two, and she’s in for a good time. One of Taylor’s favorite hobby is getting booty scritches while she walks around you with a toy hanging out of her mouth, and a huge silly grin. Taylor is not just your average dog – she's an active and agile girl. She loves going on walks and runs, playing games in the back yard, and she’s amazing with other dogs! With her playful spirit, and ability to jump, she would excel in learning agility games, she’s so muscular and smart. She’s so confident and brave too, this girl will literally climb trees for treats. Taylor will do anything you ask of her. If you want a dog to hike with you on serious back-country trails, if you want a dog to paddle-board with you, if you want a dog to surf with you, Taylor is your girl! Taylor has the moves, wiggling her entire body when she's excited and ready for attention. She's the perfect companion for anyone who enjoys an active or semi-active lifestyle, or wants a furry friend to join them on hikes and outdoor adventures. Taylor is highly intelligent, and food-motivated, praise-motivated and generally eager to please, furthering her training will be enjoyable for both of you. Her intelligence brings her a desire for engagement that means that she actively seeks our opportunities to learn. If you’re looking for a dog to teach tik-tok worthy tricks, that’s Taylor, and she’ll LOVE you for it. She’s quick to learn boundaries and house rules too, takes verbal correction well, and is just always so eager to please. Social and friendly, Taylor Snift is a people-lover to her core. She gets excited about meeting new faces and loves making friends. She’s so loving and snuggly too, she balances out her day with cuddling up with her family and showing lots of affection. Taylor's loving nature extends to other dogs as well – she's a social butterfly, always ready for a playful romp with her canine companions. She’s a goofy player, she will find a toy in just about anything, perch on any surface to check it out, she’ll take tumbles and get up with a big grin on her face. She is such a bright part of the day for the other dogs at the rescue. Her playful spirit is infectious! Her love for toys knows no bounds, whether it's fluffy stuffed animals, squeaky toys, or bouncing balls! Taylor Snift is always up for a game of fetch or a snuggle with her favorite toys. She’s also great at independent play, give this girl a tennis ball and she’ll tire herself out! With her adorable mismatched ears – one standing up and one flopping down – Taylor has such a cute flair to her style! She is not only charming but downright irresistible. She's a picture-perfect pup, eagerly awaiting the day she finds her forever home. If you're looking for a smart, affectionate, beautiful, loving and active companion, Taylor Snift might just be the furry friend you've been searching for. Taylor’s perfect home would have a big backyard for her to zoom in, and at least one adoring human to play with her, and love on her. Taylor would do well with other active and playful dogs in the home, or as a solo-dog, soaking up all of your love and attention! Taylor has lived with children before, and does well with them, however she can sometimes get a bit rowdy. We recommend her for a home with older, dog savvy kids- if your kids are used to big, active dogs, she could be a perfect match- but we wouldn’t recommend her for a first dog to a toddler. Taylor is not recommended for a home with cats, she was a little too interested in our house cat Tom. Taylor would be an amazing match for anyone with an active, outdoorsy lifestyle- she’s a “go anywhere, do anything” dog- so brave, loyal and confident. Adopt Taylor and bring endless love and joy and love into your life! We are willing to test this dog with anything you need us to in order to ensure she’s the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Apply here https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/655cc4b27c89ed26c9084c5d Questions? Story
Hope Honeyheart is the sweetest girl! She’s quiet, mellow and calm, making for a perfect little work from home companion, or a member of a quiet, calm household. She’s incredibly loving with her favorite people and so friendly with strangers, a lovebug through and through. We think that Hope may be a Labrador, Pit Bull mix, but she is a rescue, so her exact age and breed are unknown and cannot be guaranteed. Hope is currently estimated to be around one year old, and she currently weighs in at a soft and snuggly 40 pounds. Watch Hope here: https://youtu.be/tY8yvvf-ZAw?si=QvVb4CKLO27W9Hwz Hope is a sweet girl, but she can be a little bit shy in new environments for a moment or two. A few pets and a soft voice win her over quickly. Hope adores new friends, and greets every stranger with a tail wag. With her favorite humans, Hope is a total Velcro dog. She trots after her favorite staff members, eager to accompany them to wherever they may be headed. She loves to be next to her humans, or even in their laps if they’ll allow it! Hope is an expressive girl, using her tail, eyebrows and ears to communicate clearly with us human folk. While she’s communicative, she’s not talkative! Hope is remarkably quiet, and we have yet to hear her bark here at the rescue. Hope is extremely easy-going, and her quiet demeanor will make her a wonderful companion dog for a quiet lifestyle. Hope is gentle and good on leash, still polishing her leash skills, but with a little more practice she will be an excellent walking companion. She auto-sits for treats, and takes treats so gently. She’s very food motivated, meaning that further training will be enjoyable for both of you. Hope is very dog friendly, and is currently fostered with multiple doggy-siblings. Hope plays so well with others. We would love to see Hope adopted into a household with other dogs, our behavior team recommends a polite doggy brother. Here at the rescue, Hope was cat tested, and we believe her to be cat tolerant. She could live with dog savvy kitties. See her cat test for yourself in her video. Hope’s perfect home would have at least one loving human to adore her, and be adored by her. Hope would prefer a home with a back yard, or a home with minimal traffic around it, as she prefers calmer environments. We think Hope would do well as a family dog, with older kids that can be respectful of her boundaries. Hope is a sweet girl, but we do think it may take her some time to settle in and bond with her new family, because she is such a sensitive and soft girl. We hope that her forever family will give her the time and space she needs to properly decompress upon her arrival. Save the “welcome home” party for a later date, instead welcome Hope home with softness and sweetness, and she will love you endlessly for it. Hope is such a good girl, and she has waited far too long for her forever family. Don’t make Hope wait another day, apply today. With any questions, please reach out to her adoption coordinator, whose email is linked below. We are willing to test Hope with anything you need us to in order to ensure she’s the perfect match for you! We can make most anything happen! Just let us know. Story
That cute little face and curly tail belong to none other than Blueberry, a charming, smart and sweet “Pitsky.” He’s cat-friendly, dog-friendly, kid-friendly, amazing on leash and in the car, and soooo precious. He’s SO loving and loyal, and will do anything for “his person.” Blueberry is 100% good boy! Introducing Blueberry, an 11-month-old, 50-pound bundle of sweetness, believed to be a mix of pit bull and husky. With his stunning blue/silver coat and goofy expressions, Blueberry is a playful, affectionate pup who’s ready to find his forever home. Watch Blueberry in action here: Blueberry is a super smart, sweet boy who just needs a little time to fully open up. Once he does, his loving personality truly shines! He would excel in training classes like agility or scent work and is the perfect adventure buddy for hiking and camping trips. His recall is impressive, and he enjoys soaking up affection, especially chest scratches. He’s not one to guard affection, always sharing the love without a fuss, which makes him a pleasure to have around. This friendly pup loves making new friends at playgroup, whether it's people or other dogs. He is small dog friendly and has spent time with small dogs since he was a puppy! He’s gentle with smaller or easygoing dogs and is especially sweet and careful around children. He has spent time with toddlers, and he is so soft and gentle—keeping his paws to himself and offering the sweetest kisses. He’s played with kids of all ages and personality types, from sweet and sensitive toddlers to rough and tumble teens, Blueberry can handle it all. Blueberry would make a wonderful family dog, a “first rescue dog” for your kids to tell stories about for the rest of their lives. Blueberry has spent time in foster homes with kitties. Here at the rescue, Blueberry has spent time with cats of all personality types- and he does wonderfully with all of them. Blueberry is cat-friendly and could live in a home with kitties. It is important to note here that “cat-friendly” is an extra special badge of honor, bestowed upon Blueberry by our Director of Behavior, this boy is truly a perfect angel with kitties! He loves following his person around the house, looking up for attention and affection. He’ll take affection in any way he can get it, this cutie loves big bear hugs and full body snuggles. Blueberry is in the prime of his learning phase, showing great potential for socialization and training. Blueberry already knows some basic commands and is highly food-motivated, making continued training a fun and rewarding experience for both of you. Blueberry is currently fostered in Texas, up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, and in good health, ready to travel across the country. We are willing to test this dog with anything you need us to in order to ensure he’s the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Are you ready to give Blueberry the loving home he deserves and get endless kisses in return? This sweet boy is just waiting to become your loyal companion! 🐕💕 Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/65b28221d14c4a603006e2d7 Please email elizabethbower@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Story
Miss Piggy is a vivacious pup who is loving and happy all the time. She adores people of all shapes and sizes. She always wants to give kisses, be pet and cuddled and when she really trusts you, she is happy to accept belly rubs. She is perfect in the bath and with getting her nails done but like most 3 year olds is not a fan of getting her teeth brushed. She has played with dogs before but does better with quieter pups around her size. She is crate trained and has never had an accident outside of her kennel. She is a great co-pilot and mostly will stay in the back seat unless we are parked or at a red light. She likes to stand on the console to see what’s going on. But once we move she does go back without having to be asked. She does well in drive thru windows. She is silly and is in a perpetual state of zoomies when she is with people. Fun personality traits are she lives for costumes and likes to snort when sniffing which is how she got her name! She also is a HUGE fan of tug-of-war and does not shred toys or bedding. She knows basic commands such as sit, place, wait, down and door manners. She is very food motivated and eager to please!
