Hi, my name is Koda and I'm from Minnesota. From her foster: What can I say about Koda. She is a sweet 3-year-old blue nose pocket pittie. Koda is very loving and would love to play with other dogs or her human all the time. She has a lot of energy in spirts but so far has been quiet. She sleeps on a chair curled up every night and stays there until morning. Koda is not a fan of this cold weather but who is. She is house trained and has not gotten into anything. She is perfect. She walks on a leash well and loves car rides. I am not sure about cats or children since we are not around any, but her personality tells me that she would do just fine with at least children. She likes to sit on my lap and sleep. Cuddles when it suits her. Toys do not appear to be that interesting to her. She does like watching out the window. She always wants to know what is going on. Koda would make a great addition to any family.

Hi, my name is Jack Lantern and I am from Arkansas. From his foster: We're still getting to know little Jack Lantern (aka Jack, Jack-o, Jacques Cousteau of the Grand Plateau, etc.) but from what we can tell, with the right amount of training and socialization he's going to be great wherever he lands. He's still a baby with some timid/shyness tendencies (which makes sense when you're experiencing everything for the first time, amirite?!) and is learning about the world around him and growing more adventurous and curious each day. Currently in a foster home with no kids and a 12-year-old pittie mix who he does great with and is learning about boundaries from. Does well in his crate overnight and for 2-3 hour spans during the day and is mastering going to the bathroom outside as long as foster human remembers to bring him out there.

She’s a 4-year-old sweetheart with all the playful, goofy energy of a puppy now that she’s done raising her own. Pocket is spunky and full of personality, but at heart she’s a true people pleaser who wants nothing more than to make her humans happy. She loves rough-and-tumble play with bigger dogs and does wonderfully with kids, though she isn’t suited for a home with cats or small dogs. Pocket can be a little vocal when adjusting to a new environment, but she’s made huge progress and now mostly speaks up when she sees big animals outside or someone approaching the door. After she’s burned off her energy, she’ll happily flop on top of you for a long, cozy nap. Pocket is loving, funny, snuggly, and ready for a home that appreciates her puppy-like spirit and her big, affectionate heart. Polly loves to rough and tumble play with female dogs her size, she has so much fun! She would enjoy another female dog with a similar play style. Polly is not the biggest fan of male dogs and has struggled to enjoy the company of the few she has met. As with making any new friends, slow intros will set them up for success!

We adopted Xena from a shelter almost 6 years ago. She is a great dog and is great with people and children. She is dog reactive but has had dog friends such as my parents daschunds. We just had a baby. She likes long walks and mostly sleeps and wants snack all day lol. She is crate trained and house trained. Between myself being in the military and the baby, we cannot dedicate as much time to Xena as we would like. We would like to find her a better home with a person who would give her all the love she deserves.
