She is an inquisitive and enthusiastic youngster that is completely potty trained and knows her basic commands. She sleeps through the night in her kennel and loves climbing into bed for snuggles and extra snoozes after her morning potty break. To her credit, a kennel is not even necessary as this young lady is a responsible house guest who is left alone, unkenneled for several hours at a time and doesn’t cause any problems. My name is Betty Boop and I am so happy to meet you. I just had a litter of 11 (the Sunday Comics Litter) and I am exhausted and ready for some “me” time. My foster mom, and everyone else who has met me, tell me I am the friendliest little pocket pittie ever, at only around 40 lbs. While I haven’t spent time in a kennel at my foster home because of my mommy duties, I do go into my kennel to nap and seem comfortable in there. I’m pretty laid back and rarely bark, so foster mom says I will do well in the kennel once away from my babies. I am potty trained, I typically run towards the back door as a signal to the human. I do really well around other dogs. In my foster home, there are 3 resident dogs (Lab, Great Pyrenees and a Pittie). I got along with them right away with nice controlled greetings, and have started playing with them now that my babies are fully weaned from me and I have way more freedom. We love to wrestle and chase each other around. We also have a ton of toys to play with, and we all share all the toys nicely. Mostly, I LOVE people. I should say that again, because I really LOVE people! Even the transport driver said he loved how friendly I am. Every person I meet, I am ready to be their best friend. Give me all the cuddles, and I am a happy girl. Foster mom says I would do great in a home with or without other animals, as long as I have a human to cuddle with. I also have so much confidence and trust with people. Foster mom said my nail trim was the easiest ever…and she says she has done a lot! I also loved the bath, and came out smelling so good! I would love to be part of a family who is interested in training me. I am very treat motivated, so training is super easy. We haven’t done much training here because of my mommy duties, but I have worked on impulse control, and learning to wait patiently for food, treats, etc. But, I am smart and want to learn how to be the best dog for you! He is good with other dogs and kids, cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. Do you have what it takes to love me? My name is Midnight Lagoon and I've had a long road in my short life. I came from Texas early February 2023 in pretty bad shape. It's taken a lot of timeand work, but I slowly learned that all people are not bad. I'm human and dog selective, but most humans can win me over with tasty treats pretty quickly. I have a lot of stranger danger and I require slow introductions and don't like eye contact at first. But it won't be long until I let you gaze into my beautiful dark eyes. I would do better with no or older kids as I don't know my own strength, especially when I get excited. I'm curious and stubborn, sweet and sassy. I love to sleep under covers or in the sunshine. I have hardly any prey-drive, but I will chase a deer if it sneaks up on me. I'm doing great working on my leash reactivity. My foster mom says that I do better every day. I do pull some in the beginning of my walks but after I do my business, I tend to take it easy and just enjoy the walk. I really like to take my time and sniff all the sniffs. I am house and kennel trained and I will let you know when I have to go to the bathroom. I'm very good at playing by myself when my foster sister and brother won't play with me, but I also love to play with my foster sister. I can get kind of rough but so can she. I am a vocal player, so any dogs I play with have to be ok with my vocalizations. I have had good luck with both male and female friends, but some males don't like me that much. I would LOVE someone who runs or hikes as I love to explore new places. I just need to continue working on my reactivity. I'm a very good boy with a very big heart and I deserve a happy home and someone to love me unconditionally. Some fun additional information about Middy Midnight just loves trailers. He loves to jump in and inspect the inside and outside of trailers any time he sees one. He is very inquisitive! Midnight would love a human who is a runner or someone who likes to take long walks or hikes. He enjoys burning off energy as much as a good belly rub. Midnight is nuts for a flirt pole. He likes chasing the fox but enjoys catching it even more. He is getting better and better at 'leave it' so we can continue playing. He is also learning 'enough' for when he gets too excited about the little boy next door running up and down the hall. TURNER and HOOCH were born approximately January 1, 2024. Luckily these little nuggets were able to stay with their mom and siblings until they were 7 weeks old. This is an amazing gift for puppies in rescue. Being with their mom during this important developmental time is priceless. At 7 weeks old they went into their very own foster home together in order to get more individual attention and ensure they become happy and well-adjusted pooches. These gorgeous boys are just bursting with puppy love, puppy kisses, puppy snuggles, and puppy playfulness. They adore people, other dogs, and kids. They have been socialized a ton! TURNER and HOOCH soak up all the cuddles and affection they can get. They excelled at crate training and are mastering their potty training. He wants to be part of the group and loves to know he’s loved. He is absolutely a wonderful guy. His Bob tail goes at 100 mph when he is being loved. He loves people, does great with kids. He is a Ladies Man and prefers women, but men are ok too. He is house trained but being a senior gentleman he needs to go more often and early in morning. He has just completed his heartworm treatment and will start his daily walks again now that the exercise restrictions have been lifted. He is very good on a leash and stays right next to you on walks. Hi I'm Boss, I'm an energetic one year old American bulldog that would love a home to play and run around at! My fosters say I have an animated personality that pictures just can't capture, so hopefully this bio can help out with that! My favorite toy is my basketball, that I love to play with like it's a good game of soccer! Though I have many pass time activities like going on walks, my favorite one is going on car rides and sticking my head out the window. I love watching all the things go by, it's so entertaining! (don't worry it's half way so I'll be safe!). My training is still in progress, some of my difficulties right now that I'm working on are jumping when excited, being mouthy when playing, maintaining my energy properly, finding ways to deal with my boredom and noticing dogs' boundary queues. Some things I'm trained on is kennel time, and getting your attention when I need to use the restroom (my fosters use bells, and i ring them when I need to go!). I have been around kids, and though I'm good, my energy can be a bit high for them so older kiddos might be a better fit for me right now. I'm still in progress with getting used to cats, I'm still curious about them, so I can be vocal and jumpy towards them but a home with no cats might be a better fit for me. I'm highly curious about smaller animals and I am known for chasing chickens.. but I am good with dogs! My energy is also a bit of a struggle with making new friends, but the ones that match my playful puppy energy are my favorite! I love going on walks, and getting the zoomies in my foster's backyard! Though my energy is high, I'm still a love bug at HEART (hint: look at the birthmark on my nose). He’s a puppy; a very lovely sweetheart. He’s calm, gentle and has positive energy. He loves cuddling and attention but also does well waiting for love when you are busy.
