Story
Duchess IS AVAILALBE (updated 04-04-2025).To meet any of our dogs you must first complete our online adoption application on our website. For more information and the adoption application for Duchess , please visit our website belowhttp://www.coastalgsr.org/dog_profile.php?ID=22610&name=Duchess Duchess was one of 11 puppies born to mom Grace. She is one of our &#39F litter&#39 puppies; F meaning flowers, forests and fun. A DNA test done on Duchess showed that she and the other puppies are ~50% Australian cattle dog, ~30% German Shepherd, and ~20% Dutch Shepherd. Mom appears to be a GSD and Dutch Shepherd.Duchess was originally adopted as a puppy but was later returned due to family health issues. Duchess is now looking for a new forever family. She is full of life and love and would enjoy an active family to live her life with. Duchess would be best partnered with a male dog or as an only dog! She is a lot of fun and will make someone an excellent companion! The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.April 4, 2025, 3:34 pm

Meet Leon! This incredibly sweet soul was found blind in a remote area of Mexico. After a visit to the eye clinic, the veterinarian determined that his blindness was caused by puncture wounds to his eyes 😢.Despite everything he has been through, Leon remains the most gentle and loving boy. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, shows no reactivity, and absolutely adores snuggles and affection. He is also learning verbal commands like a champ!Although Leon has special needs, his easygoing nature and loving personality make him adaptable to many types of home environments. He is ready to find a family who will cherish him as much as he deserves! 💙

Story
Meet Summer, an adorable 2.5 year-old cattle dog/lab mix pup weighing 32 pounds. Summer is the ideal ranch/farm dog or outdoor companion for someone who gardens throughout the day. She loves to be outdoors and has energy to be at your assistance all day :). She's a bundle of fun and gets along great with other dogs. Summer is a social butterfly, always eager to play, and she's really good at making friends with all kinds of dogs. Even with bossy dogs, she's super polite, and she never gets into fights with dogs who act tough. Summer absolutely loves splashing around in the water and will happily jump in for a swim just for fun. She's also a big fan of treats, so she's a quick learner when it comes to training. If you're into agility or other doggy sports, Summer could be a great partner. With her human family, Summer is a big lovebug, but it might take her a little time to get used to new people. All she needs is a bit of patience and affection, and she'll be your best buddy. Whether you're into outdoor adventures, dog sports, or you just want a great friend for your active dog, Summer is your girl. Plus, she really, really loves water! If you're interested in making sweet Summer a part of your family, please reach out to us. She's waiting for her forever home!

Story
Say hello to Powder, a total sweetheart ready for her forever home! She loves being with people and she gets along well with her foster family's dog. She plays well with her siblings and loves her toys! Powder is a beautiful white puppy with a soft coat and spotted ears. We don't know what breed mix she is, but we believe she is a mix of Australian Cattle Dog, Shepherd, Dalmatian and Border Collie so should be medium to large dog when done growing. If you're looking for a lovable, cuddly companion, Powder is your girl! Powder is looking for a family that understands the time, patience, and energy needed to raise a young pup. We require all puppy adopters to provide training that includes: house training, basic training, leash training, and socialization. Additionally, this cutie is going to need proper exercise, mental stimulation, and your attention and love to grow up to be the best companion. We do not allow our dogs or puppies to sleep or live outside; they must be incorporated into your family and be made a priority in your life. In return, you will have the most loving and loyal family member you could ask for. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Powder, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps. Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.Thank you for joining the Adoption Family with Labs and More Rescue. We are here to help you find a furry companion. You will find our quick and easy adoption application at www.labsandmore.org and click on Adopt.
