Story
Adoption Fee: $475 All animals are UTD on vaccines (may need boosters) and microchipped From the foster: Zia is a smart, curious, and high energy 7-month old girl. She really likes to be with people and other dogs. She was fostered with another 3-year old female cattle dog mix and they became instant friends, playing long games of chase. She has lots of energy and really likes to run around - chasing and rough housing with her friends until they are exhausted and ready for napping. She really likes to play in the sprinkler, jumping through the water and snapping at the water streams. She is potty-trained, and sleeps quietly in her crate all night with no complaints. She is initially cautious around new people, but she warms up quickly after an introduction. She has a bit of basic training and figured out the dog door very quickly, but she needs work on walking well on a leash. www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!!! Hi! My name is Damon! I'm a 9 month old heeler mix and can't wait to meet you! My foster mom says I am the perfect medium size, I am already potty trained so I take a lot of the stress out of a new dog but still with the puppy energy and playfulness and lots to learn. I love everyone, dogs and people alike, and I believe everyone is here to see me. I am happy to be your greeter and your doorbell by letting you know someone is outside- I must protect this house but also let people know I am here and they can come say hi and make a new friend. I love to play with my foster siblings, both dogs and people. I love car rides and don't understand why my foster siblings leave me during the day when I take them to school. When they are at school I play with my foster dog friends or lay on my bed or in my kennel while my foster mom works. I snuggle with my foster mom, and my foster brother is really good at letting me love him.  Snuggles are my favorite way to spend the evening to wind down. I love to go on walks, we are working on my leash skills, and soon, I will be ready to explore more of what Colorado has to offer once my forever family comes along. I can't wait to meet you! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##1819785##

Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! Elijah, at your service! Hello! My name is Elijah, and I’m the “one of these things that’s not like the others” when it comes to me and my siblings at my foster parents’ house. I’ve got the cutest markings and little brown eyebrow dots. I am a cattle dog to a T. Energy? Check. Sass? 100%. Cuteness? Overload. But along with all of those (best) traits, I am also insanely smart, and super food motivated. I will want to learn anything you want to teach me, and I will learn it SO fast!! I learned the dog door at my foster parents’ house the same day I got here, and I have pretty much mastered going potty outside.  I love to be outside, playing with my siblings and foster siblings. Just like Izzy (Ezell), my favorite thing to play with are rocks. Little ones, big ones – they’re all perfect if you ask me! I am a good napper. Most of the time, I am an independent little napper on the end of the chaise. Sometimes I’ll sneak a cuddle in, though!  At nighttime, I cuddle with my siblings in our kennel, and we generally do pretty well about sleeping overnight. If you’re looking for a happy-go-lucky little bean to walk through the magic of life with you, Elijah is your guy. To see more of me and my adventures, check out my foster dad’s Instagram account: @kodabearfosterpups Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2035427##

Story
HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! Meet Marsha! Marsha is a 3-month-old Australian Cattle Dog mix, and she can't wait to meet you! She is a spunky little goofball looking for a playmate or active family to keep her on the move. She does great in her kennel and does whine when she needs to go out to go potty. She knows the word sit and has almost perfected lay down. She will stay busy for a while if she has the appropriate toys. She doesn't mind being in her kennel. She actually prefers to go in there for her naps. Marsha is currently living with 2 young children and 3 other dogs. She would fit best with a family that had another active dog and/or a family that includes her in their everyday life. She is a funny little pup! She will also snuggle up to her people when she is ready to rest. Marsha is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. If she sounds like the perfect addition to your current situation, please reach out to meet her! Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##2014688##

HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED! CAN YOU HANDLE THE CUTENESS???!!! Toby might just be one of the best puppies EVER!  Smart, sweet, social and eager to please, this amazing boy literally loves EVERYONE!!!  Wonderful with dogs and people alike, this boy will make a wonderful addition to almost any home! Toby had the horrible misfortune of being placed on the euthanasia list of a urban Texas shelter only because he was found as a stray with a broken leg.  Now, having been rescued and fully recovered (he was casted for 8 weeks and has since healed beautifully), Toby is now good as new!  Are you the family ready to provide Toby with a new life here in wonderful Colorado? Toby is an extremely handsome almost 6mo old Cattle Dog Mix.  He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped.
