Joy is her namesake, bringing joy everywhere she goes. She is an absolutely snuggle bug who loves to be showered with love and affection and will give it back in return. She’s excellent with other dogs of all sizes. She’s 99.9% potty trained with only a few accidents here and there (she’s still a puppy. She’s great with stairs and walking in leashes. She would be great for any family who is more on the active side and wants to show her the world of love she deserves ##2631430##

Story
Arrow is a shy little guy gaining his confidence. He does well in his crate, sleeps through the night, enjoys walks (will need a little leash training but does not pull!), and we haven’t heard him bark at all! He is slow to warm up and is easily frightened but is also very curious. He is not food motivated but loves pets and following you around! He shows ZERO signs of aggression and is about 90% potty trained.  ##2631437##

Story
Meet Chelsea! If you are looking for a lovable, treat-motivated companion who is eager to please, look no further. Chelsea is a resilient girl who is soaking up everything the "good life" has to offer. I am the definition of a "work in progress" in the best way possible! I’ve already mastered "sit" and am currently working hard on "down" and "come." While everything in the neighborhood is still a bit new and sparkly to me, I am becoming braver every day. I’m learning fast! I just had my first zero-accident day, and I’m very proud of myself. I prefer to be near my people. If my crate is in the bedroom, I settle in beautifully for a full 8 hours of sleep. I might give a tiny whimper for a minute at bedtime, but once I have my "night-night treat," I’m a mellow girl until my 6:00 AM potty break. I am VERY treat-motivated. I’m currently (still) learning that kitchen counters aren't for me and that I don’t need to eat my dinner in record time. On walks, I’m a "stop and smell the roses" kind of girl. I can be a little timid when I see other dogs or loud bikes, but my foster mom says I’m very brave—if you show me a treat, I can politely sit and watch them pass by or walk right on through. I haven't met cats or young children yet, but I absolutely adore the young adults in my foster home. My perfect family would be:  Patient & Loving: Someone ready to continue my leash and potty training. Active: I have good energy and love several long walks a day followed by a deep snuggle. A "People" Person: I love being with my humans. While I’m working on my independence, I’d love a home where I’m not alone for long stretches right away. I promise to reward your time and training with a lifetime of snuggles and loyalty. I’m just a sweet girl looking for someone to show me the ropes and provide some clear boundaries!  ##2627770##

Story
Meet Parker! Parker is a 7.5-month-old male Australian Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix who is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccines. This always-smiling sweetheart is lovable, gentle, and full of heart. After a short adjustment period in his foster home, Parker has truly settled in and shown what a devoted companion he is. He’s fully potty trained, leash-walkable, and loves spending quality time with his people—especially when they play together. Parker enjoys playing with other dogs and hasn’t met one he doesn’t like. While he enjoys having toys around, he’s happiest engaging one-on-one and soaking up attention. He has a cozy safe space where he likes to sleep and relax, and once he finds his forever home, he’s sure to be deeply loyal and dedicated to his human. ##2542903##

Story
Reggie is a really sweet pup. He warmed up to us right away, coming out of his crate straight into my lap. He's very cuddly and loves affection almost as much as he loves playtime. He plays really well with toys, learning to enjoy fetch. He lets me take high value toys and treats and his food bowl away from him without resource guarding.  Reggie is doing great with potty training. He's still a puppy who is new to our home but he is almost potty trained and will quickly pick it up. He sleeps through the night, and while there have been a few accidents there have been multiple day stretches without having one. He just needs some work on learning to signal when he wants to go but seems to understand the grass is the right place and will go quickly when taken outside.  He is doing pretty good with crate training. He puts up a good protest when he's first put in his crate, but then he will settle down without a peep. We have him crated near us at night and he calms down quickly and lets us get a good nights sleep. When he is left alone in his crate he protests a bit louder and longer than when you are with him in the same room, but ultimately does calm down and rest quietly, he does not carry on. He happily goes in his crate with the door open to rest and to take his meals. He does not see it as a bad place! Reggie is a curious guy with a medium-high energy level. He's fairly calm for his age but loves to run and play and wrestle.. He's no couch potato but he isn't too much of a handful either. I think he'd love to be a running or hiking partner but he is balanced, and happy to chill out and watch TV together in the evenings too.  Reggie seems to understand which things are his toys and treats. He doesn't seem to have an intense desire to chew, and is pretty gentle playing with stuffed toys. But he is a puppy who enjoys exploring with his mouth still, though he's good at being redirected to appropriate items.  Reggie was a bit uncertain about our resident dog the first few days. He seems a bit nervous about other dogs he doesn't know. We haven't tested him with other dogs than our own. He doesn't bark at the fence when the neighbor dogs are going off, not yet at least.  Our dog is extremely chill and tolerant and he warmed up to her and now loves to play and lay closeby on the couch or floor together. He has really good play behaviors with a nice play bow and good about taking breaks when getting overstimulated.  I have little concern that he would get along well with another dog in the home after how well he has warmed up to our resident dog. He went from being fearful of her presence to badgering her to wrestle. I think with slow, calm introductions and keeping the dogs on neutral territory with food and high value toys, he will do great with another canine when he knows they are a safe friend. I think Reggie would be just as happy to be an only dog and soak up all the attention too. He's a cute, sweet boy and anyone would be lucky to have him! ##2627748##

Story
Baxter has a joyful, wiggly personality and loves being outside. Walks? Yes please. Hiking? Even better. If you toss a toy he'll chase it, but he prefer you chase him around the yard. He's fun and loves to wrestle with bones or rope toys. Inside the home Baxter is low maintenance. He enjoys having his own space, relaxing on his bed, and hanging out nearby while you unwind. He's fully potty trained, up to date on vaccines, neutered, and completed e-collar training- including reliable off-leash skills and a great heel. Who Baxter is looking for Baxter thrives in calm predictable environments, which means he's not a match for homes with young kids. His current family loves him deeply, and re-homing Baxter comes from wanting him to live his happiest, least-stressful life. Baxter is a fantastic fit for - An adults-only or older-kids home - Someone who loves walks, exploring, or weekend adventures - A house with a yard where he can romp - Homes with cats (he does great with them!)
