Story
Hello! So Indy came into my life a bit unexpectedly. Last September I offered to foster her for some friends who were scrambling and after a couple weeks I decided to adopt her. She’s great around the woodshop I work at and loves the guys, vice versa. However, I’m going back to school in the fall and am trying to move. Neither of those things is conducive to a young (1 year) pup with high energy. I would feel so bad leaving her cooped up for hours. Indy would do best in a house with another dog. She LOVES meeting everyone and other dogs. She can get a bit overexcitable if there’s a lot going on, but very sweet natured. She’s up to date on shots, neutered, knows her basic commands, and is very house trained. Really a sweetie who needs a higher energy home with patience. She’s an amazing off leash hiking buddy, running partner, camp queen. Her recall is pretty darn good, enjoys fetch, hikes, evening couch snugs, and very food motivated. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Story
Freya is the most loyal hiking and outdoor adventure buddy around. She is a great frisbee dog and is the best companion with a heart of gold and great listening skills. She will love you deeply and melt your heart with her big brown eyes. She is great company but also very independent. Freya is well trained and fully potty trained. She may do well with another dog but would be happiest in a family with no young kids.

Story
Meet Fleetwood! While Fleetwood may be shy at first, his heart of gold shines right through that protective layer he keeps on himself! Sadly, Fleetwood was found as a stray in the desert and we're not sure how he was treated by humans before. Despite that, there is not a bad bone in his big body! Fleetwood loves other dogs and would really love another friend in the home to help him come out of his shell and give him another snuggle buddy!

Story
Macks is a beautiful and kind cattle dog/shepherd mix who was surrendered to a high kill shelter as a result of her owner passing away. She can be shy when first meeting new people at first, but when she's warmed up, she is a very affectionate girl. She needs a loving and patient adopter who can give her the time and love that she needs to feel welcome in her new home.

Story
Sonnet aka Nettie (Nettie Spaghetti) is a sweet, energetic, smart, and charismatic blue heeler mix. She loves people and gets comfortable with them quickly, is the perfect walking buddy, and is super receptive to learning new commands. She is about 40lbs, fully potty trained and crate trained, sometimes she hangs out in her crate during the day as well! Nettie is extremely intelligent and picks up on training super quickly and would do well with someone who is willing to continue working with her and is very active, she loves to walk, run, and hike. She would do best with someone who works from home as she can get bored quickly. She does fine out of her crate while her foster is gone, but after she get the appropriate exercise. She is also a pro at using the doggie door! Nettie likes to play with her toys in the yard, and would not do well in an apartment. She is still getting comfortable with other dogs and has been working with a trainer. She loves to play with other dogs but can get quite energetic and is still learning that not all dogs want to play. She is not aggressive with dogs, just very excited! She has made incredible progress over the past few months. She has had play dates with calmer dogs and has done really well, but is still unsure about meeting new dogs on leash. It would be wonderful for her to be with someone who can keep that momentum going! She has a ton of love to give and would be the perfect forever family! ##1711495##

Story
Are you in search of a gentle, loving companion to brighten your days? Look no further because Dio might just be the perfect match for you! Dio can be a little shy and sensitive when first meeting new people, but he warms up quickly! Due to his initial shyness, any kids in the home should be 10+ and able to go slow with him at first. Once he`s comfortable, he adores cuddling up beside you, soaking up all the pets and scratches he can get. Dio has a heart of gold and is eager to form a deep bond with his new family. Dio does have one quirk: he`s afraid of other dogs. This sweet boy prefers the company of humans and would thrive in a home where he can be the only furry friend. Because of this, we think Dio would not do well in an apartment setting where he may be overexposed to other dogs on walks. Dio would benefit from proper training and socialization around other dogs to boost his confidence. We just adore Dio and we know you will too! What I Need In a Home:* Kids 10+ mandatory* Apartments/condos not recommended* No other dogs at this time - afraid

You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event:https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. ##1727261##

Hey everyone! Here is my first beautiful foster dog! Would love to find her the perfect home. Freya is 2 yrs old 65 pounds Herding breed mix Spayed Up to date on all vaccines/heartworm Greenwood Village, CO Super loyal, very affectionate, so very smart. She wants to be with you and likes to chill in the space you are in. Loves to play with you and other dogs. Not good with little dogs. Knows come, sit, lay down, off, leave it. We have worked on her leash training and she is pretty close to loose leash. We bring a toy with us on walks for added exercise. Very toy motivated, not so much treat, but loves her chew bones. Potty trained. Crate trained. Does great on car rides. Does well taking a bath. Freya would love a yard for playtime. She definitely needs a good leader and is eager to please. She listens well. She will be such an active, loving, and loyal companion for her forever family.

Story
If you are  looking for a really athletic dog that can keep up with you, then look no further! Clark loves to run and spend time outdoors. He has the biggest smile, and eyes that stare deeply into yours. He would make a great running or hiking companion. He also enjoys going on walks as there is always something new to sniff or explore. True to a cattle dog’s nature (of which he is nearly 40%) while he is reserved at first, once he gets to know you he is a total snuggle bug. He loves belly rubs in the morning, and full body couch time in the evenings. He is building confidence on our gymkhana equipment (see his new video). He loves to race at top speed around the yard, weaving and dodging obstacles like a slalom racer. Clark is also smart, and loyal (that boxer in him). His mom was shepherd which also contributes to his smarts, and athleticism. All combined, the results are that he is 100% a good boy. He is good with other dogs and thrives on a good game of “keep away”, or “chase me”, or “wrestle mania”      ##1782958##

Story
Hi! My name is Ian. If you are looking for an all-around good guy, that's me. Besides being extremely handsome, I'm well socialized, smart, and get along with anyone or dog. I love food! So training me will be a breeze as long as you have treats. My foster sister is teaching me how to walk nicely on a leash. And I'm pretty much potty trained. I am a cattle dog so I can be a bit talkative at times, but it's usually because I'm trying to communicate something to you. While I love my fosters, I am really looking forward to finding my fur-ever home. Come meet me at an adoption event! ##1884212##

Story
For a 3 month old puppy, Miss Roxie is a very quick learner. She is capable of going on walks with a leash, very friendly with new people, loves to cuddle and play. She has had only a few accidents in our home, but she is learning very quickly and only tends to have accidents if she isn’t taken out enough. She hasn’t had any accidents in her crate and has shown that she is capable of holding it over night. She is a great pup and I know she will fit right in to any family! ##1969182##

Story
Nellie is absolutely the sweetest, most passive dog I've ever known. We have loved her and tried to help her not be so shy but she comes from an abusive background we think and it has gotten to a point that I feel it's detrimental to her. She loves hikes and walks. Is absolutely potty trained. Gets along well with all animals. It's just people she is terrified of. I think someone with the right experience and more time. Possibly just a single, quiet female would do best with her. She is such a sweetheart. But if this situation isn't best for her I want what is. She will come when called generally and knows a few commands.

Story
Carmen is a two year old mixed breed dog who looks a little bit Aussie and a little bit something unknown. She is very smart with a huge capacity for learning additional obedience, tricks, and more. Carmen is dog-friendly, kid-friendly, housebroken, and crate-trained. Her foster crates her when she leaves the house, as she does like to chew. She is not a runner, but has learned she can clear short fences to get to the front door, so would do best with a privacy fence or in a leash walk household. Carmen is on the petite side at less than 40 pounds, and we think she'd love outdoor activities like hiking. She is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed, treated for parasites, and microchipped with registration. Carmen's adoption fee is $350.

Story
Anyone looking for a rewarding project?  I’m a sweet Australian Shepard mix that started my life on my own.  I’m learning to trust and learn how to be loved because I probably spent my youngster days living on my own.  I do well with other dogs my size and older, still learning my boundaries.  Since I was on my own, cats are probably not a great idea.  I would do well living with another active dog to show me the ropes.  Want to be loved on and getting better everyday.   I will turn out to be a beautiful hiking partner and May end up being 55-60 pounds.  ##1730239##
