Meet Sedona — your new loyal adventure buddy 💛 Born in February 2019, Sedona is a calm, gentle, and incredibly sweet dog who is ready to find her forever family. She’s wonderful on leash and off, making her an easy companion for walks, hikes, or just hanging out in the yard. Inside the home, Sedona is quiet and independent—never pushy, never destructive, and completely past the puppy-phase chaos. She loves relaxing near her people, enjoying the outdoors, and the occasional cuddle when she’s in the mood. Sedona does great with other dogs and is respectful around kids. She has a bright, focused mind and could even make an excellent working or adventure dog if given the chance. She truly deserves a family who will give her love, consistency, and plenty of time outside. If you’re looking for a loyal, low-maintenance companion with a sweet spirit, Sedona might be the perfect fit.

Story
Really wants to love and be loved. Often picked on but takes it well and gets distance Sweetheart! The SW Shed dogs were found by Rezdawg locked in a shed. The owner dropped food for them but they were never allowed out. He had no idea how many of them there were and of course they had never been to a vet or socialized in any positive way :( Due to the circumstances these dogs were found in, they are going to need specific situations: Need to stay in martingale collar and leash drag until dogs are bonded to people/place NOT allowed off leash (for longer than most dogs) HOLD space for them (for longer than most dogs) They have never been without their siblings, this will take some adjustment They also only know how to play they way they did with their siblings, this may take a patience and a solid dog to help them with. Dogs are their main language and what they like/know better than us – they will struggle if there isn’t one around They came from an absolutely quiet area into another relatively quiet one; traffic, people, normal stuff is going to be stressful for them; treat them more like a cat than a dog….no outings, let them get comfy at home and find their footings without the chaos of people, life and the environment. Incl no walks until they really settle in. They should wear a tracking device 24/7 for their first 8mo (apple airtag as a last resort) ##2447562##
