Story
Meet Syrah! Syrah is an adorable female puppy from the Wine Litter, born on 11/9/25 and ready to find her forever home! Her mom is a heeler and her dad is unknown, although we suspect some shair pei. Check out those wrinkles! Syrah is playful, but above all she is soooo sweet! She loves being with her people and will happily curl up in your lap or next to you. With Syrah you can expect a lot of tail wagging, kisses and affectionate moments. She is a little love bug. Syrah does have some energy, but she's generally on the calmer side of the litter. She has the sweetest eyes and will stare deep into your soul! We expect Syrah to be medium large in size. She is not suitable for an apartment or an electric fence.  Adoption fee is $400. All fees include spay/neuter, microchip, flea and heartworm current. Apply at rescuedohio.org to become an approved adopter and a meet and greet can be set up once approved.  If you're looking for an adorable, wrinkly sweetheart, Syrah is your girl! ##2579850##

Story
Meet Rosé! Rosé is a delightful female puppy from the Wine Litter, born on 11/9/25 and ready to find her forever home! Her mom is a heeler and her dad's breed is unknown, but we suspect he had some shar pei in him. Rosé proudly shows off some adorable wrinkles that give her extra character and charm.  Rosé is very happy with a tail that seems to never stop wagging! She wears her joy on her sleeve and sometimes when she is really excited she lets out little cries. It's very endearing!  Rosé has a bit of a tomboy vibe, always ready to jump into playtime, wrestling with her siblings, or keep up with whatever is happening around her.  While Rosé loves to play and have fun, she also enjoys being with her people and soaking up attention. She is affectionate and loves to snuggle.  We expect Rosé to be large sized and she is not suitable for an apartment or invisible fence.  Adoption fee is $400. All fees include spay/neuter, microchip, flea and heartworm current. Apply at rescuedohio.org to become an approved adopter and a meet and greet can be set up once approved.  If you're looking for a joyful, wrinkly pup with a big personality and happy heart, Rosé might be your perfect match! ##2579848##

Story
Looking for a little dog with big dog spunk? Kachina might be the girl for you! We are still getting to know her, but so far she seems to be a pretty typical Cattle Dog. She is active, and would love to find a family that doesn't mind her energy level. She does well with other dogs and likes to play, so she may appreciate another dog at home. She is vocal and has the cutest little bark! If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Kachina home. If you are interested in meeting Kachina, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit. Story
We really outdid ourselves with originality in naming Cattle Dog, or “Cattle D” for not much shorter. Cattle Dog has all the energy and big personality you would expect from a Cattle Dog—he will patrol your yard to protect it from both squirrels and ghosts, but when not under attack from these nefarious villains, he loves to play with his friends and loves giving kisses and hugs and getting attention from his people. He’s a fantastic dog and just the best boy. A physically fenced yard is required. Cattle Dog is available for adoption in Ohio to residents of Ohio.
