Story
Nijel is 8 years old. He is a rescue from Dallas SPCA. I've cared for him these past 7 years. He is so gentle and mild mannered. You will rarely hear him bark. If you do, he really wants your attention. He likes rubs. He enjoys rolling around in the grass. He loves to go for walks and he's leash trained. His favorite toys are anything that squeaks. He is house-trained. I've never had to put him in a kennel when left home alone. He enjoys going to doggy daycare. I would consider him low to medium energy. I'm hoping he goes to a home that is full of love. The ideal family would be singles, couples, active seniors and those with kids over the age of 5. He will make a great addition to any home he goes to.

MEET Bailey She is from a heeler group we got in. They are approx. 12-14 weeks old and ready for their new beginning. The owner refused to surrender them; they were then found at large along with one who was possibly hit by a car. Their brother was lucky to get into an amazing foster to adoptive home leaving these 3 girls looking for their new home! Please contact us if you’d like to meet them! There is a rescue that is willing to help with low cost spays for these girls. They will be required to be fixed as well as given a rabies vaccine. They’ve had 1 puppy shot and will still need another 2. Rescues, adopters, fosters - please contact us if you can help!

My name is Sassy, but I am anything but that! I am the sweetest girl you will ever meet. I don't like being left alone much, but I love being next to you and giving you lots of love. The humans here absolutely love me, I am still a little skeptical of the dogs here, but its only because they have so much energy. Once I come out of my shell and can match their energy, I will have so much fun with new dog friends! I cannot wait to meet you!

Wyatt is a true gentleman with all the qualities of a pup who's been loved and cared for. He's mastered the art of sitting and leans in with his whole body for affection, a true expert in the cuddle department!  While boarding at the vet’s office, Wyatt met Robby the cat and it didn’t phase him at all. When it comes to bigger dogs, he's a bit cautious, but who can blame him? Safety first!  This sweet boy is microchipped, neutered, and completely vetted, ready to find his forever home. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's as sweet as can be, Wyatt might just be the perfect match for you! Look who’s finally ready for adoption, Dolly!  She was discovered by one of our amazing fosters when she was found crying in a ditch one night. After bringing her home, it became apparent that Dolly had suffered some type of injury, especially to her eye and head. Despite receiving medications and eye drops in hopes of saving her vision, it sadly couldn't be restored. Dolly has triumphed over her eye and spay surgery.  During this time, we also learned that Dolly was pregnant. Now that her puppies have all found loving homes, it's time for Dolly find her forever family!! She is a very gentle and sweet soul. Story
We adopted Finn in February 2024 after a friend was trying to rehome some puppies that his dogs had. At the time, we were able to take on another dog, so we decided to do it. Recently, however, my wife became pregnant, and I started being away from home a lot more often to make money and start making preparations for a new baby. Less time at home equals more time my wife has to deal with a young dog. Unfortunately, we’ve decided that it is too much for us to handle at the time. We love the dog and want him to go to a good home. This is why we are taking our time to find a suitable family for him. He is high energy, not only because of his breed but because he’s still a puppy. He does well with other animals, and I’m sure he would do well with cats. We don’t know because we don’t have any. Dispite us making the decision to rehome him, we still love him and we want him to be loved by someone who can take care of him the way he deserves.
