Story
Hi, I'm Gypsie! I'm young and full of energy. I love to play and explore. Sometimes, I can be a little shy, but once I get to know you, I'm as sweet as can be. I'm always ready for a game of fetch or a fun adventure. I came here with my buddy Rockee, and we've been having a blast. But I'm ready for a new chapter. I'm looking for a family who loves to play as much as I do, and who can give me lots of love and cuddles. I promise to bring joy and laughter into your life. Adopt me, and let's start our journey together! ##2036341##

Shelter Visiting Hours are 12 pm to 4 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please fill out an adoption application at mamcorescue.org or attend one of our Saturday adoption event. Events are held each Saturday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event: https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue  At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. ##1826261##

Story
This handsome pup is Peter!  Being a ~8.5 month old puppy, Peter is a very active curious little guy and while he is happy and content in his familiar surroundings, Peter can be reticent in some new situations. He absolutely adores his people and is quite devoted. He is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. He’s very treat motivated and will sit and take the treats very nicely.  Being the friendly dog that he is, Peter does not have any food guarding. He will sleep in a crate or in bed with someone. He prefers the bed but will go in his crate when you tell him it’s time to go to bed.  He doesn’t like doggy day care and dog parks scare him – too much noise, people and other dogs.  He is current foster home has two children, 8 and 4 and he adores them!   He’s still unsure when he meets new people and other dogs and doesn’t like it when people reach out to pet him or grab him. Or, when dogs get up in his face.  He wants to initiate contact.  He will bark at strangers when they come into your house, he’s not aggressive, he’s afraid. He loves to play fetch – well he loves to chase the ball; he hasn’t mastered bringing it back yet.  Squeaky toys are his favorite.  Stuff toys get taken apart and stuffing is spread everywhere!  He does have a lot of energy but is great at snuggling too! He can be a little “mouthy” when he plays. Zoomies in the backyard are really fun!  He likes the snow and the water.  Likes to haul sticks around. Hauls his blankets around sometimes.   He doesn’t chew on clothes or shoes.  He’s very excited to play and be up and running around in the mornings!  Get him to focus on you, and make him sit and he calms down.  He doesn’t really know how big he is and sometimes thinks he’s a lap dog.  If you are interested in adopting please complete an application at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/  The adoption fee of $250 includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip and dewormer.   Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.  We make every effort to ensure the dogs are health ##1820664##

Story
Sienna is about a year old and a high energy gal. She loves other dogs and toys and is always up for a good game of tug o war. She would do best with a dog her size or larger and the same energy level. She is housebroken and sleeps the night in her kennel. She can sit, down and shake but needs work on not counter surfing.

Story
I've had Snickers since she was 10 weeks old, and at two years old, she's your quintessential Colorado dog. She's friendly, funny, loves having people around her, loves to go on walks and hikes, and in her own silly way attempts to snuggle with you (but she's not quite sure how to snuggle). She's great with kids. She's not a big fan of the crate but she'll go in it if you give her a treat. She'd prefer to sleep with you, whether that's in bed or in a dog bed in the room. She loves her people and her family hard, which makes it so difficult to have to write this profile. Why I'm rehoming her: in the last two months Snickers and my other dog have had several fights that turned aggressive. We've gone through some drastic changes in our house which have been the cause of the fights; however, it's become a point where the two dogs cannot be together. Despite her conflict with my other dog, she'd make an excellent family dog, hiking partner, or just someone to lounge around with.

These pups are in Aurora, Colorado too!

Story
Ollie is such an amazing dog! He is an Australian Shepherd Mix and has lots of love to give. He is incredibly intelligent, has endless energy and loves playtime. He is very respectful of sleepy time and is very comforting when you’re feeling down because of his goofy personality. He is also wonderful with people and children, which is a big plus! Ollie needs a new home because I unfortunately cannot provide him the space he needs to run and play nor do I have time to give him enough mental stimulation. He spends entirely too much time alone indoors and has become male-aggressive over the past few months because he has so much pent up energy. He needs lots of love and patience by someone willing to give that to him and who has space for him to run about (he is NOT built for apartment complexes). Ollie could benefit greatly from a bit of behavioral training, but it is something I cannot afford alone. I am open to splitting costs to ensure he finds his new forever home! Other than this, he has NO other issues!! If interested, please let me know! I’d love to hear from ya. Thanks for looking! Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Thankful for her second chance at life, 3-year-old Teeny Tiny is slowly learning to trust again. As she settles into her foster home, the sweet, shy and submissive 29-pound beauty now wags her tail at her foster mom, and the yearning look in her eyes clearly says, “pet me and love on me.” Moderately energetic, she enjoys going for walks, playing with and taking her soft toys outside and chewing on bones. Good with similar sized dogs and large ones, motivated by food and love, she accepts all treats gently, but currently knows no commands. Leash and crate trained and almost fully house-trained, Teeny Tiny is best suited to a tranquil home, perhaps with a canine companion, and especially patient adopters who will earn her trust, teach her her commands, and ultimately reap the benefits of watching her bloom.   Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes every pet should find a wonderful and caring home. Story
