Hi, I'm Gypsie! I'm young and full of energy. I love to play and explore. Sometimes, I can be a little shy, but once I get to know you, I'm as sweet as can be. I'm always ready for a game of fetch or a fun adventure. I came here with my buddy Rockee, and we've been having a blast. But I'm ready for a new chapter. I'm looking for a family who loves to play as much as I do, and who can give me lots of love and cuddles. I promise to bring joy and laughter into your life. Adopt me, and let's start our journey together! ##2036341##

Story
Welcome Dixie to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 9-month old Smooth Coated Collie/Kelpie is our best guess on breed. She weighs 50 pounds. She is very very loyal to her people and would be great with someone wanting a dog to go with you places or if you work from home and want a loyal partner. She is crate trained, potty trained, good on a leash and good in a car. She was found as a stray and her foster mom has been putting this girl through dog training. She is doing really good in her classes and is learning some more basic commands. She is a higher energy dog and would be great for a runner, jogger or hiker type person. She is lower on the shed scale. She has a lot of personality and would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 or older. Her best home would be with a fenced yard. She could run and play off some energy. She likes you to be outside with her as she wants to be around her family over exploring the yard all along without you. She would be fine with children as well. We like them to be 8 or older. She is up on her vaccinations, spayed and ready for her forever home. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland(Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. We can put you in touch with her foster mom after you put in and get your application approved. We can also set up a meet and greet if you are local in Texas. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org/ See her cute video.

Story
Hi! I'm Morrie and I'm a handsome, happy guy who loves to play with everyone including myself. I toss toys in the air and hop around, and playing with the resident dog is so fun! With a group of people and dogs I am wanting to be right in with them and see what's going on so I poke my head into their circle to find out.The toddlers came over and even though they were rambunctious, I watched and then played gently with them. I even showed them my tummy to get rubbed. I have started snuggling, laying beside my foster mom when she watches TV and rubs my head/tummy.I sleep through the night on a bed by my foster parents without a peep. I dance with glee for my food, it’s my favorite time of the day and my foster mom loves to watch the dance I'm doing for that meal, she thinks it's so darn cute so I change it up for her! Leash walking hasn’t been my favorite thing but with my fosters' patience I now am up to 1.5 miles in a park or trail, even on the street if there isn't a lot of traffic I do well (I am getting faster the more I walk). I'm a very curious doggo. I do love playing outside with other dogs, my foster parents do not have much of a fenced-in yard so I have played on a long leash out front with other dogs. It's ok but a fence would be better!I do my business outside with few slipups, we're still working on 100%.I am very earnest and eager to please. I am a quiet boy, barking every once in a while when the resident dog is barking, but I don't normally initiate it. It’s so nice I can trust this is a safe place and I'm now showing off my sparkling personality, my fosters love it! I'm a little timid, but I have met some wonderful people and I LOVE them petting my head! If you give me the time I need to fully open up, I promise I'm well worth your time, I sometimes go on a weekend away when my regular fosters are gone and the temp fosters love me too!Enough about me, thank you for looking, fill out an application and let's see if we're a match! Story
Woof! I am planting myself with you!Hi! My name is Garner, but my foster parents call me their big goofball! As you can see, I’m a very handsome pup!!! I loved everything about meeting my three resident dog siblings and have a great time playing with them all day long.I’m quite a chill pup, but I do have my daily zoomies! I love playing with almost any toy that there is! Tug-of-War ropes and squeaky toys are great, but bones are the best!My foster parents say I'm really smart because I know how to sit, lay down, and wait. I've been potty trained since moving in with my foster parents. I’m walking fairly well on a leash and I love being outside but sometimes I get really excited when I see other dogs, critters, and people so I'm working on asking for permission before making new friends. My safe place is my crate!! I sleep in there over night, go in there during the day while my foster parents are at work, and sometimes sneak into there for an afternoon nap even when the people are home.I would love to meet you and make a happy addition to your family!!!--------------------------------------------"Forget Me Not" PromoFor Applications received through 5/31/2024, Warrior Dog Rescue is taking $200 off of the adoption fee of select dogs over 2 years old that have often been over looked. This is reflected in the adoption fee shown below.*Training discounts do not apply*All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spay/neuter before adoption unless age is a factor with a puppy younger than 6-12 months at the time of adoption. If that is the case, the spay/neuter will be covered in the adoption fee and the owner will be responsible to have the procedures completed at a Warrior Dog Rescue Veterinarian at the appropriate time. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Story
Hi there! My name is April and I’d love to be a ray of sunshine for a wonderful family! Before moving here, I was in Alabama where I gave birth to my eight babies (yes, eight!). They were born outside in the rain which was scary for us but thankfully we were all saved and brought to safety. My journey has not been the easiest, but I am still happy as ever! Here are some special things about me:•I am a social butterfly, I love being around people. I get so happy that my whole body wiggles!•My best feature? My ears! They flop like crazy when I prance and run around!•I’d describe myself as sweet and silly.I could go on but if I have your attention, I’d love to show you that I could be the perfect addition to your family. Please consider coming to meet me!***FOSTER TO ADOPT*** April is in our Foster to Adopt Program because she is not yet spayed. Her spay will be coming up soon. If you are interested in adopting April, please fill out an Adoption Application. All medical needs other than her spay will be the responsibility of the Foster to Adopt home. The spay is covered by the rescue and will be through our vets. Once the spay is complete, the adoption will be finalized. --------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.
