Rusty, Sweet neutered male, is a bit shy at first but warms up to people quickly. Rusty plays well with other dogs and is curious about cats. He lives in a home with five cats, 2 dogs and a 7 year old. He loves playing fetch with the ball and is working on bringing it back and dropping the ball. Rusty does well in his kennel at night, and when no one is home. He uses a dog door and is house trained. Rusty likes to go on walks however it is best to go early in the morning or late in the day when there is not a lot of traffic or people. He gets scared by the cars. And since we have no idea what kind f life he had before he was saved by the rescue, it is just something he needs practice and confidence building ;) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Thus, Lester the **lester was born...But NOW my humping is done, I am neutered and happy and playful and much more respectful of my people! I am a gorgeous boy, and super friendly. I was found be a trucker at a truck stop- looking for love in all the wrong places :( BUT, he contacted the rescue who swooped down and saved me!! And I have been living the LIFE ever since :0 However, my life is NOT complete without my OWN family! No one really knows how i ended up at the truck stop, but you should know that I was loyal til the end..... waited and watched for my family at all hours of the day and night.... The votes are IN and we ARE the WINNERS!! Found at the side of a country road (very common dumping ground, next to the railroad tracks), and saved by a wonderful "foster" and her husband and son and other doggy friends :) We started living like REAL loved puppies the day she saved us!! We are learning potty training and are crate trained experts!! We are leash training as well, but you have to understand.... we were never loved, never lived IN a home and NEVER had ANYONE CARE!!! So, potty trained or not, we are over the moon (and so is our foster mom). But now it is time to find our furever homes! We love and play very well together and would be ideal as a pair, but do NOT have to be adopted together. We need another calm and confident dog to keep us happy/played with and to teach us all we need to know about being loved pups :) We are gorgeous pups and our coats will accent your hair :) ADOPT...DON'T SHOP!!!
