Available In Old Lyme, CT This very handsome dude is Kumo! He is currently in a board/train facility in CT. He is a 2 year old energetic boy. After working with him I have learned that the best place for him would be a place with no children or other animals and an area that will have a fenced in yard with a calm area neighborhood. Kumo is a young energetic dog that loves to eat. Kumo knows his basic commands and tries to push the envelope when it come to wait and stay. When he relaxing he would prefer to be left alone. Kumo enjoys his chew toys. Kumo needs time to warm up to new people. He likes to be asked to do something over being pushed physically. Kumo will go far in the right home. He wants to work and be loved. Kumo likes to walk, jog, snuggle and get lots of pets. He is high energy with a big appetite. Kumo is neutered, current on immunizations, housebroken and on preventatives. Story

Meet Sadie in Cheshire, CT! This girl is available through no fault of her own. She will either be spayed before adoption or come with the requirement that she be spayed with proof provided to ASF. Sadie is up to date on vaccinations. Her owners are dealing with a family medical emergency that has them out of state frequently and unfortunately needing to rehome her. She is a sweet, beautiful red merle who is an absolute cuddle bug once she has a few moments to meet you. She knows come and sit, but isn't particularly fond of down (lay). She has no known health issues. She is not recommended for a home with cats, as she has a high prey drive and chases squirrels, birds, and deer. She is good with people of all ages. She plays well with the neighbor dogs, but can be bossy with dogs in her home, preferring all the attention to herself. She is used to a fenced yard but that is not a requirement if someone is willing to put in the time to leash train her. Sadie is located in Cheshire, and is being fostered by her current owners.
