Boone needs a lot of space to burn energy he has had over 3k in training from a program in Kansas and will need continued work to learn those skills he was taught. he isn’t doing well with our older little dogs and keeping them apart all the time isn’t working out. He is a very smart boy at around 18 months old just needs someone with more time and ability health wise to work with him. He does good with my kids but is still a hyper pup so can get a little rambunctious. He loves being outside, but is a digger and squirrel chaser probably not a good farm dog as he may chase animals. He does okay with my larger dominate female basically just pesters her till she barks and puts him in his place but in her old age she is having a hard time. He could potentially be okay with other larger dogs and has been in a doggy daycare setting before. Key things to note is he is a digger, chewer and hyper but also has so much love to offer and is create trained.

Hi, my name is Leo, and I have had a rough time recently. I lived in the same home with my brother Scout my whole life until my family faced circumstances that led me and Scout to enter the care of ODAS. Unfortunately, Scout passed away the same week we arrived due to kidney failure from undiagnosed diabetes. The people here are awesome, and my bed is nice and warm, but I am not used to being here or being alone. I am a very cute and nice guy, always happy to be included. I'm an Australian Shepherd and I am good with dogs, children, and cats. So honestly, I'm the complete package because I am also housebroken and crate trained. I would be over the moon if you chose to take me home either as a temporary foster or potential adopter. Come meet me so I can find my new best friend.

Ozzie is an Australian shepard and one of the sweetest dogs we have ever met. She was very timid when she came to us but is coming out of her shell. She is kennel trained and house broken! We are working on leash training. She knows when it is time to get fed and will take treats from your hand! Her favorite pastime is sitting on the AC vent and eating cheese. Ozzie needs a family that is patient with her as she adjusts. She will do well with other dogs. She would love a fence backyard and plenty of outside time. It is unknown if she is good with cats.
