Please read bio before applying! Meet Merlin. This young man has had a rough go of it at just 1 year old. Merlin came to us as a commercial breeder release and when we got him at 6 months old, he had never been handled by humans. As a result, he is very distrusting of humans and requires a lot of patience and time to adjust to new people. Merlin is very dog friendly and because he is more comfortable with dogs than humans, we are requiring that he go to a home with at least one other canine. This will help set him up for success. He will also need a home with a secure fenced in yard, as he can be a bit of a flight risk, and he will need a home with no small children. Merlin has the potential to be an amazing companion, he just needs someone who will give him the time he needs to adjust

We had just lost our dog and we had gotten bubbles shortly before he died. As a family we weren't prepared. She is young and loves to snuggle. She has lots of personality and fetch is probably her favorite thing to do. She loves kids and cats and other dogs. She doesn't recall at all but I imagine if you really knew what you were doing she would be quick to learn.
