Story
Mizzi is a beautiful dog. She comes from a loving home, but the environment is no longer suitable for effectively managing her anxiety. We have a toddler on the move which makes her uneasy. She is very loyal and snuggly to her owners; however, she has several triggers that need to be accommodated. The best type of home for Mizzi would be quiet and consistent, so she could spend her days cuddled on the couch in peace. Fun personality quirks: When she is excited she hops through the grass like a bunny, and she wiggles her whole butt instead of just her tail :)

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Renee (renees@tarasdream.org) for more information about this pet. Please visit our web site at https://tarasdream.org/adopt to fill out an adoption application for this pet and for more info about our adoption process.  Saylor is the cutest pup around. He was found in the middle of the road in rural Missouri, sick and no one in sight to help tell his story. Saylor is resilient, sweet and now healthy. For such a little one, he is kennel trained, working on house training and succeeding like a champ at such a young age. He likes being near the humans and canines in the foster home. He follows the big dogs wherever they go and is respectful when being corrected. He sleeps through the night in a kennel and will let you know if he needs to potty, do his business and go right back to sleep. He is finding his voice and mostly uses it to let you know he needs something but is also testing out the playful part of his voice. We would love for Saylor's family to have a playful canine or the opportunity to play often with others as he has so much socialization to gain.    Approximate Birthdate:  August 2024 Adoption Fee: $300 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL. Story
COURTESY LISTINGPlease contact  Sam 816-616-0031 or Barb 816-229-8650 for more information! Brody and he will be six years old on September 21st.  He loves to be loved and wants all the attention in the world, but would prefer us not to get in his face. He likes small dogs, he is not very receptive to bigger dogs. He loves to play frisbee, and likes car rides, very afraid of thunderstorms, fireworks, & tools, but he feels safe in his kennel during those times. He is potty trained, and kennel trained. Brody is very protective of his food, so we feed him and leave him alone. He loves children, but because he is so protective of his food, maybe an adult home or an adult home with older children would suit him best, as that protectiveness might frighten young children. Brody was neutered on January 3, 2023.  He also had his teeth cleaned at that time. He likes kettle popcorn, and a little taste of cool whip once in a while. For more information, please contact  Sam directly: 816-616-0031, Barb 816-229-8650, or email packhamb@gmail.com.The animal listed on this page was listed as a courtesy to help find the animal a home.
