This is one of the hardest things Ive ever had to write, but looking to re-home my beloved 8-year-old Australian Shepherd. I’ve had him since he was a puppy, and he’s been my best friend through everything. Unfortunately, due to recent life changes, I’ll be living alone and working 12-16 hour shifts. I can’t give him the attention, time, and care he truly deserves. He’s not neutered, but he has always been incredibly sweet and gentle—great with people and other dogs. Lately, he’s been showing signs of anxiety from being alone so much, like excessive paw licking. It’s breaking my heart to see him struggle, and I know he needs a home where someone can be there for him more consistently. He’s smart, loyal, and still has lots of energy and love to give. I’m looking for a family or individual who can provide him with the companionship and stability he needs.
