Hi! My name is Banjo. I am a very sweet timid guy. I need the extra attention just to loosen up a little. I am timid when trying to get leashed, but I am not aggressive at all. I love treats an any food that comes at me. I do fine on leash and wouldn't mind going on a short walk nearby or let me roam in a play yard. I like attention and scratches on the head and back. I do fine with other dogs but a meet and greet is always a must. I should be fine around kids but prefer older children. Irwin has been with us for a little over a year now. We have been working on some behavioral issues, getting him ready for a forever home. We believe that Irwin is ready to find a home with someone or a family experienced with Border Collies, Aussies or another herding breed. Irwin has lots of energy and needs to have a purpose, a job or anything that keeps him busy. Irwin would not do well with apartment living. He needs his space to be Irwin. Irwin is VERY selective on the dogs he likes and will not do well in a home with cats. If you are interested in meeting this handsome boy and speaking to our staff that has been working with him, please fill out an online application. This is Senna. She is a very sweet girl, she is 5 years old and LOVES to cuddle and be everywhere with you. I’m looking to rehome her as I have a toddler and it’s a bit too much going on with our current family dynamic. She would do best in a home with older children. She has grown up around cats and other dogs. I think she would prefer to be the only dog as she has shown dominant behavior at times with other dogs. However does great with cats. Looking to rehome her as soon as possible.

Pippa is a year and 9 month old Aussie shepherd/terrier mix we rescued from a Chicago area shelter in Feb 2025. She is high energy, curious and loving, finding belly scratches and bully sticks tastes of heaven. She goes to daycare on an as needed basis as when we have all day medical appointments on occasion; she enjoys her time there and all reports is that she gets along with other dogs well. She gets excited meeting people in our home, but is not aggressive. While still young she’s very energetic as we moved last year and we are facing serious medical issues that are keeping us from giving her the opportunities to play, run, go walks and be her. happy-to-be-here self. We think an owner with whom she can bond while still young would be best. She has some skin allergy issues that we are trying to clear right now. Otherwise she’s happy, sweet and likes nothing more than to be with her people. We would like to rehome Pippa within Miami, Shelby, Darke or Clark counties of Ohio.
