Story
Newton is a very active dog. He was born in February of 2022 (4 y/o). He loves the outdoors, and is extremely playful. But he needs an experience adopter who is familiar with reactive/working dogs such as collies and shepherds. He is extremely loyal. He has only lived in a single owner home, and not with any other animals up to this point. He sleeps in a kennel each night and is fed outdoors. He only showed some protective aggression over his food as a baby (likely stemming from being the runt of a large litter). He can sleep indoors or outdoors in the right home environment. Contact me directly with additional questions regarding his nature. I am a single male who has a very busy working schedule, unable to sustain and give him the attention and outdoor time he deserves.

Story
Fenrir is a very sweet ~9 year old puppy who loves snuggles and attention. He has been a part of our family for nearly a decade but due to a recent move and allergies in the home we are looking to re-home him. He is very smart, trainable, and loving - but has minimal socializing with other dogs so he leads by barking. Despite a loud bark, he's never been aggressive towards other dogs. He does well with cats and kids. He loves to run free in a fenced in backyard but also does well on a leash. A small quirk is that he HATES trains. We moved near train tracks and he will bark/howl through the night if he hears one (and with those ears he hears EVERYTHING). We also have allergies in the house and he requires a lot of grooming upkeep due to his coat. He is a very good boy and it was with a heavy heart we made this decision. Please reach out with any questions.

I do know how to sit and get a treat, but I also love squeaky toys like crazy. I will cry if you don't give me the toy. I should be fine around other dogs. I do need to see if I like cats or kids. Story
Hi! My name is Banjo. I am a very sweet timid guy. I need the extra attention just to loosen up a little. I am timid when trying to get leashed, but I am not aggressive at all. I love treats an any food that comes at me. I do fine on leash and wouldn't mind going on a short walk nearby or let me roam in a play yard. I like attention and scratches on the head and back. I do fine with other dogs but a meet and greet is always a must. I should be fine around kids but prefer older children. I do need cat tested if you have cats in the home.To adopt one of our animals, please visit our shelter, open Tuesday-Friday from Noon-5pm and Saturday from Noon-4pm. Story
Irwin has been with us for a little over a year now. We have been working on some behavioral issues, getting him ready for a forever home. We believe that Irwin is ready to find a home with someone or a family experienced with Border Collies, Aussies or another herding breed. Irwin has lots of energy and needs to have a purpose, a job or anything that keeps him busy. Irwin would not do well with apartment living. He needs his space to be Irwin. Irwin is VERY selective on the dogs he likes and will not do well in a home with cats. If you are interested in meeting this handsome boy and speaking to our staff that has been working with him, please fill out an online application. Once the application is approved, we will contact you to schedule a visit.
