She is always enthusiastic about a good play session with humans or other dog friends, but also will lay down and be still when the time is appropriate. She loves giving and receiving attention without being a needy dog. Ani is fully housebroken, walks very well on a leash, and knows basic obedience. She will make a GREAT family dog for one very lucky family.I’m Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter. Meet This Sweet Boy Hank! Hank is an adorable 8-month-old intact male Shepherd mix who came to us as an owner surrender. He’s now ready to find a loving forever home where he can share all the affection he has to offer! Hank’s previous owners shared that he is great with kids, other dogs, housebroken and crate trained! While he may chase after cats, they said it seems to be out of playful curiosity rather than aggression. Hank is currently working on his leash skills and making steady progress. He’s a very sweet and social boy who loves attention and doesn’t mind the other dogs here at the shelter. Hank has shown us that he knows sit and loves to play with toys. Hank weighs 47 lbs and did wonderfully during his exam. Where he has received the Bordetella and parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, been dewormed, and microchipped. Our adoptions are $100 cash/local check only. Our visiting hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 11:45am and 1pm- 4pm. We are located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville OH. 45331. Meet Jack! Jack is a fun-loving, friendly, playful little guy. He is just over a year old and has a ton of energy. Jack is a great companion, and will thrive in an active home. We go for runs every morning and hikes on the weekends. Jack was a rescue, and due his past he does not get along with other dogs. Jack is very smart, he knows a small handful of tricks and has a strong understanding of recall. The reason I am rehoming Jack is because I live in an apartment and it is incredibly difficult to get him the exercise he needs. He has a ton of energy, and will do best in a home with a yard, where he can run to his heart's content. He is a great snuggler and very affectionate, and comes with all of his favorite toys and bones.
