Story
This sturdy little bouncy boy is a cuddle bug and a big time play buddy all wrapped up in one. He loves chasing balls and, at the same time, doesn`t want to leave your side. Moose will stick close for back scratches and treats all day long. While Moose shows a delightful exuberance for walks and play, he`s gentle on leash, so well-behaved accepting treats, and seems eager to please. So much fun and love in a soft, fluffy package!

Story
I truly think Jack is the GOAT (Greatest of all time) dog. He's my best friend in the world and he lives in a house full of love, laughter, and activity. We, like many families, were feeling anxious and isolated in 2020 so we purchased Jack from a very reputable breeder in North Carolina where we live, Ramblin Ridge Aussies. https://www.ramblinridgeaussies.com/. We are rehoming Jack because he does have a bite history, about 1 minor nip/bite a year. I'm happy to explain each of these in detail and I understand that this is going to turn away 99% of you the moment you read this. However, I know he'd be the perfect dog for someone out there, most notably in a house without kids (we have 2 girls). He is NOT a vicious or angry dog in any way, shape or form. He's quite the opposite. He's sweet, kind, playful, and cuddly. He's been my best friend for 6 years and it's going to be extremely difficult to let him go, but I have to put his needs above my own. Thank you.

Story
Hello, meet Charlee (9 yrs. old, 11 lbs) and Sadie (5 yrs. old in June, 25 lbs). Charlee and Sadie are a bonded mother and daughter pair. They must be adopted as a pair - they cannot be separated. I took Charlee and Sadie in after their original mom sadly passed away. I was going to be a temporary foster until their fur-ever home could be found. I fell in love, and they have been with me for the last 17 months. They are very sweet, calm little ladies who love cuddles and belly rubs! Sadie will greet you with a slipper, sock, toy, whatever she can grab when she greets you at the door. She will then quickly roll over for a belly rub! (She has never chewed anything - just likes to carry something in her mouth. :-) Charlee will greet you by jumping with all 4 little paws off the floor, waiting for her belly rub. Both girls are very laid back and simply enjoy having someone in the room with them. They are great officemates if you work from home as well! Please note Charlee is not spayed.

Story
Beckett is a very handsome mini Australian Shepherd mix. He weighs about 35 lbs. This distinguished boy is a young 10-year-old. Beckett was saved from the streets of Nashville. He was abandoned and alone. Thanks to a caring lady who could not bear the thought of him spending any more time outside, Beckett is now in a loving foster home. He is under the care of Critter Cavalry.   It did not take long for this awesome gentleman to make himself at home. After meeting the resident dogs, he explored outside. He came in and found a spot to relax. He is getting along great with his new foster brothers and sisters. He is also good with cats. This super smart boy quickly learned to use the doggie door. He can now come and go as he pleases. He does prefer to be inside and likes to know where his foster mom is. Beckett is enjoying all the love and attention he is getting.   It takes him a few minutes, but he quickly warms up to new people. He just has to make sure that you are nice. Beckett is housebroken. He walks well on a leash. He also does not mind the crate and will go right in for a treat. He currently sleeps in his crate, but we think he would love to cuddle up right next to you.   If you are interested in adopting Beckett, please email Vivienne at vivienneajames@gmail.com or text 615-943-7311 to request an application. The adoption process requires submitting an application, having it approved, and paying an adoption fee. Beckett is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped, and currently in Tennessee. He can be transported north upon adoption.June 15, 2026, 11:37 am

Story
Meet Milo Milo is a handsome Australian Shepherd mix who is about 8 months old and weighs 32 pounds. Behind those beautiful eyes is a story of survival, kindness, and a second chance. Sometimes it feels like special dogs find exactly the right people when they need them most. Milo and his sister, Millie, were abandoned and left to fend for themselves along a local Greenway. Thankfully, fate stepped in when his foster mom, Kayla, crossed paths with Millie and learned there was another frightened puppy hiding nearby. For three days, Milo stayed just out of reach, taking shelter in a drainage ditch and avoiding people. When he was finally caught and brought to safety, he was covered in fleas and ticks and understandably scared of the world around him. Today, Milo is discovering what it means to be loved. While he can still be timid around loud noises and unfamiliar situations, he warms up quickly and simply wants to be close to his people. Every day his confidence grows a little more as he learns that he is finally safe. He is wonderful with young children, gets along well with cats, and does great with other dogs. Like most puppies his age, Milo enjoys chewing, so he happily keeps himself entertained with his favorite chew toys. He is also making great progress with potty training and learning all the skills he needs to become an amazing family companion.  Because of his gentle and affectionate personality, Milo would thrive in a home with another friendly dog and a family that can give him plenty of companionship. He doesn’t enjoy being alone for long periods and would do best with someone who is home often or has a flexible schedule. He prefers to eat his meals separately from other dogs, but otherwise enjoys canine company and seems happiest when he has a furry friend nearby. Milo has overcome so much in his young life, and now all he needs is a family to show him that he will never be abandoned again. If you would like to give this deserving boy the forever home he has been waiting for, please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. Milo is ready to leave his days of uncertainty behind and start the next chapter of his life with a family of his very own.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJune 15, 2026, 11:37 am
