Though she isn't particularly interested in toys or bones, Blondie's true joy comes from spending quality time with her humans. She was introduced to two cats, in different homes, and ignored them both. Blondie has been around children ages 3-10, and was initially nervous around the younger child, but allowed kids of all ages to pet and love on her. She has alerted by going to the back door so her family will either need to watch for her alerts or take her out on a regular schedule. She’s a medium energy gal who loves to zoom and then take a nice long nap. She is fostered in a multi dog home and plays wonderfully with other dogs, she takes cues well and matches other dog’s play style. If her doggy friends are done playing she happily enters herself with toys and would also be fine as an only dog. Though she has not met any indoor cats with her calm demeanor she’d likely coexist well. Brownie has met children as young as two years old and is so gentle and patient. She’s the best gal and will thrive in any home.Brownie is fully crate trained and sleeps soundly overnight and for a few hours during the day when her foster is working. She is nearly there with house-training and has made great progress on a consistent schedule. Brownie is eager to please and very food motivated, making her easy to train. Finn is a lemon and white Beagle puppy that came to us with a littermate and the parent dogs, from an overcrowded outdoor kennel situation in rural Virginia. Finn likes to lie in the sun and enjoys playing with his Beagle family. He's an active pup and would do best if placed with another dog. Fin is working on his housebreaking and is not a barky dog.
