Story
MEET HUNTER!This handsome 6 year old dog is Hunter, and he is looking for his forever home! Hunter is a goofy guy who LOVES to spend his time zooming around in our fenced in play yard, either with his human friends or with another dog. Don`t let his chunky little body fool you - he is more athletic than he looks! Hunter can be nervous of people that he does not know, but warms up quickly with a few snacks. He would do best in a home with teens and older who will give him the space that he needs to get comfortable. He would not be a good fit for an apartment with shared hallways, as he likes to greet his friends by shouting his excitment to see them. If you are interested in adding this silly guy to your family, stop by our Dedham shelter!Hunter is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and been seen by our vet team. For more information on Hunter or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements. Story
Clooney is an 8 year old Beagle, Hound mix looking for a new home.  He is used to being the only dog in the house and has not been properly socialized, therefore does not do well sharing with other dogs.  Clooney needs training with positive reinforcement.  He likes his people and makes a great companion.  He is a Hound that follows his nose so he will need leash walks or a fenced area to roam in.  If you can help with fostering this handsome guy until we can find him a great new home, please let us know.  ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.April 30, 2024, 11:47 pm

Story
Silly Lil Stella is a young, perfect sized, medium girl that has the best smile and the most fun personality.  This white nugget is believed to be a Beagle/Greyhound mix who is only 18 months old and 34 pounds.  Stella is super cuddly and loving and looks much smaller than her weight suggests.  She is light and wispy and easy to have on your lap and does so well with other companion dogs and cats in the home.  She is housebroken and crate trained and was found as a stray that needed a helping hand.  She would be a great companion for a single person or young couple or even empty nesters.  She will need physical exercise outlets daily and would thrive learning new commands and dog manners.  If you are interested in this girl, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.April 30, 2024, 11:47 pm
