Snoop is an adorable 1 yr old male Beagle who is looking for a new home again. He originally came from a breeder and has been passed around too many times in his young life by people who couldn't accommodate a Beagle puppy. Snoop has a happy personality and seems to view all of this as an adventure. He's friendly with people and other dogs, and has shown no aggression. Snoop has some obedience training and knows 'Sit'. He's housebroken and walks well on leash. He doesn't love the crate but will tolerate it. Snoop also loves to play fetch, which is unusual for a Beagle. He's still very much a puppy and is an insistent playmate with other dogs, which could be aggravating for an older dog. He's full of energy ( when he's not konked out) and will chew things if not given appropriate toys. He's affectionate and loves snuggling with his people. Snoop is petite at about 20 lbs. I’m Waylon, an 11-month-old, 22-pound Beagle mix. My Southern foster said I’m so sweet and special that I could be a therapy dog. I’m very loving and get along with everyone: children, other dogs, and even cats! I’m house trained and crate trained, I walk well on a leash already, and I’m playful but not too active. I like to cuddle with my humans and to take lots of naps. I’m an easygoing young fellow who could fit well in many family situations. Story
Whiskey is an almost 14 year old dog in need of a home of someone in need of companionship and can take her on walks. She is still very active, loves to play with a ball, is great with kids and absolutely loves to swim. You’d never be able to tell she was a senior dog, aside from all the naps she takes. We loved Whiskey like our baby before our babies came along, and now unfortunately we cannot provide the care and attention she deserves at this time.

Alice aka Allie is a sweet, friendly, local surrender who's mom found herself in a new living situation and although she loved her deeply, was unable to keep her. Allie has recently been diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. She is doing well on the medication; is perkier and her insatiable thirst has subsided. Allie is extremely food driven. She LOVES food and is constantly looking for some. If you have treats in hand, she will be your best friend! She enjoys walks and happily greets people and other dogs. Allie is looking for an adopter willing to continue her treatment as she will need to stay on her medication for the rest of her life. Allie is being fostered south of Boston and is available for visits.

Lexi is from the mountains in western Virginia. She lived with her owner her whole life. He recently passed away and his daughter couldn’t keep her. She is 10 years old and weighs 31 lbs. Lexi is a nice, friendly, happy beagle. She has a great personality and is happy spending her days noodling/sniffing around the yard and napping. Lexi is expected to arrive in July.

Story
How can you resist that adorable face?! Doughboy and his sister Sadie were bred for hunting, but they decided that there were better things to do! They were born in December 2022, making them about 1 1/2 years old. They are longer legged beagles, which is great because they can keep up with their people and dog siblings on walks. Doughboy is about 31 lbs. He is super sweet and is settling into his foster home well. He loves children and is very playful with other dogs. He does pretty well on leash, although he would benefit from more practice. He rides well in the car and so far, has been very quiet. Doughboy is friendly and enjoys attention, coming up to his fosters for some petting. He is gentle and curious. His adorable zoomies are sure to make any adopter smile. Doughboy is being fostered south of Boston and is available for visits.
