Bonnie has come a long way from living in an outdoor kennel. She is starting to enjoy the comforts of living in a home and learning how to be loved although is still timid and shy. Bonnie needs plenty of time to get comfortable in her new environment and with new people. Once comfortable, she seeks out affection and snuggles freely. She does best with women, slow movements and people who crouch down to meet her. She loves chilling on the sofa and sleeping in bed with her people. She is good with other dogs, has medium energy and is doing wonderful with house training. Bonnie is about 5 years old and 36 lbs. Adopters who are willing to give her the time and space to get comfortable at her own pace will be rewarded with a loving, affectionate member of the family. Story
Tag is a sweet, friendly, cautious beagle. She LOVES other dogs, taking comfort and confidence from them whether it be playing at the dog park, saying hi on walks or snuggling with her two foster sisters. She enjoys her daily walks, is housetrained and rides well in a car. Tag feels most at ease with women and dogs showing her fun, playful, affectionate sides. When men are nearby she is much more reserved and cautious. That doesn’t stop her from sleeping in bed with her foster parents though. This sweet girl will need extra time to get adjusted to a new home, but once she does, she will thrive. Tag is being fostered in the Boston area and is available for visits.

Story
Tyson is an adorable, energetic bluetick beagle mix from the South with a heart as big as his ears. This happy, affectionate boy is the definition of joyful chaos—in the best way. He loves his people, loves his toys, and loves turning everyday moments into playtime. Tyson is wonderfully self‑entertaining as long as he has a good supply of toys and bones. One of his signature moves is emptying the toy box and proudly relocating his treasures to the yard. Out there, he’ll happily amuse himself with his growing outdoor collection, trotting around like the mayor of his own little toy town. Inside, he’s a sweet cuddle bug who plays hard and naps even harder. He’s quiet most of the time, but when he’s excited or catches a scent, his beagle voice makes a cheerful appearance. He also has a favorite perch—the back of the sofa—where he surveys his kingdom with a perfect “beagle‑eye view.” Tyson is young, enthusiastic, and still learning how to manage all that excitement, but he’s making great progress. He’s currently living with cats without any issues, showing he can be a respectful roommate. His ideal home is with an active family who can match his zest for life and give him plenty of enrichment, exercise, and opportunities to explore. Tyson is being fostered south of Boston and is ready to bring his playful spirit and big-hearted love to a family of his own.

Story
Waylon is a sweet, outgoing little beagle from the South with a heart full of friendliness and a tail that never stops wagging. At about 2 years old and 24 lbs, he’s the perfect compact companion—social, curious, and always eager to meet new people and dogs. Right now, Waylon is boarding in a kennel, and he lights up whenever visitors walk by. He gets excited and vocal because he just loves attention and can’t wait for someone to notice him. Underneath that enthusiasm is a gentle boy who simply wants connection. Waylon is still learning the ropes of leash walking, and his curiosity sometimes gets the better of him, but with practice and consistency he’ll settle into a nice rhythm. He’s a Medium‑to‑High energy pup who enjoys activity and engagement. He does fine in a crate for short car rides, though he tends to bark and pace if confined too long—he’s a young beagle with places to go and things to sniff. This sweet, lively boy is ready for a fresh start and a family who will give him the structure, enrichment, and affection he craves. Waylon will be traveling north as soon as a foster or adopter says “yes” to him.

Mr. Biscuits or Biscuit as we have come to call him is a southern hunting dog whose owner passed away. He lived his entire life in an outdoor kennel with little human contact. When first arriving at the rescue he was very under socialized with people. He has been in foster care for several months and has made huge strides. He is still a little nervous but has learned living inside is really wonderful. He has realized how comfy the sofa and dog beds are, loves sleeping in bed with his people and has discovered toys and treats. While still a little nervous with unexpected movements and sounds, he is a sweet, friendly boy looking for love. Biscuit is 3 years old, about 35 lbs, housetrained and good with dogs and cats. Biscuit is being fostered south of Boston.
