Story
Bonnie has come a long way from living in an outdoor kennel. She is starting to enjoy the comforts of living in a home and learning how to be loved although is still timid and shy. Bonnie needs plenty of time to get comfortable in her new environment and with new people. Once comfortable, she seeks out affection and snuggles freely. She does best with slow movements and people who crouch down to meet her. She loves chilling on the sofa and sleeping in bed with her people. She is good with other dogs, has medium energy and is doing wonderful with house training. Bonnie is about 5 years old and 36 lbs. Adopters who are willing to give her the time and space to get comfortable at her own pace will be rewarded with a loving, affectionate member of the family. Bonnie is being fostered in the Boston area and is available for visits.

Story
Beau and Beatrice are seniors from West Virginia. Sadly, their owner passed away, and the family was unable to keep them. They are NOT bonded and have been fostering separately and have done well. Beau is a friendly, sweet, affectionate older fella. He gets along with other dogs and has always lived with another dog in the home. He is outgoing, vocal and playful and loves people. He knows how to use a doggie door and is great on a leash. Beau is crate trained but doesn’t like it. He has shown a propensity to escape so should be monitored even in a fenced-in yard. Beau will arrive in Massachusetts January 10th.

Story
Marley is an all-around good boy! He can be easy going with other dogs, but playful too. He's good with children - playful with older and indifferent to younger. He was also good with a cat who he lived with briefly. This 33 lb, 6-year-old sweetheart is easy to walk on leash with no need for a harness. Marley needs a fenced in yard because he loves to sniff around. He’s a super sweet, chill fella but also demanding when he needs something, like to go potty or to eat. He enjoys being outside sniffing and chasing critters. Like most beagles, he loves food and treats. He loves his people and enjoys snuggling with them. Marley is available for visits.

Story
Beau and Beatrice are seniors from West Virginia. Sadly, their owner passed away, and the family was unable to keep them. They are NOT bonded and have been fostering separately and have done well. Beatrice does well with other dogs but prefers calmer dogs over puppies. She would do well with or without another dog. She has lived with cats and does well, even napping with them now and then. She has done well with the children she has met. She is great on a leash and does well crated. Beatrice is a friendly, sweet, affectionate, quiet senior gal who loves snuggles, belly rubs and treats! Beatrice will arrive in Massachusetts January 10th.

Story
Charlie is a local surrender. He is sweet, friendly and gentle. He walks well on leash, is good with cats, is house trained and crate trained although he prefers not to be crated. He hasn't been exposed to much outside his home, so he is wary of strangers and skittish of new things, but he is making progress in his foster home. He is a hefty boy who LOVES food. He has already shed a couple of pounds with long daily walks. He is starting to settle, and we are confident we will start to see his playful affectionate sides very soon. Charlie is being fostered north of Boston.
