🎾 Professional Fetch Enthusiast — toss the ball and Lucy is in her element!
🚗🌎 Loves adventures, car rides, outings, and being included in whatever her people are doing.
🦙💤 When the excitement is over, you'll find her happily snoozing in her dog bed with her beloved stuffed llama, Lt. Dan, close by.
🤗❤️ Lucy has the sweetest way of showing affection—she'll lean her whole body into you for the very best hugs.
🏡✅ House trained and knows her basic commands.
🧠🌟 Smart, eager to learn, and would love a family that will continue her training with consistency, patience, and lots of positive reinforcement.
🐕💛 Gets along well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine sibling.
👑😄 Lucy can be a bit of a boss lady, so she'd do best with a laid-back dog who doesn't mind letting her think she's in charge.
🐱🚫 Cats are not recommended for Lucy.
🛏️💤 Sleeps peacefully in her dog bed, but for her safety she should be crated whenever her family is away.
📣🎶 As a true beagle mix, Lucy comes with the classic hound voice! Because of her enthusiastic bark, a home (rather than an apartment or condo) would be the best fit.

MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training and grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters
