She's a sprightly 6-month-young Beagle / hound mix bundle of joy, weighing about 29 lbs. Beagle lovers will recognize the familiar “head tilt” in her picture, she “nose” what’s up! While she might claim toys as her personal treasure, she's a sweetheart through and through! Lottie’s dream home includes a furry friend to romp around with. She’s bursting with puppy power - energetic, playful, and an absolute cuddle bug. Her early days were spent in a Kentucky shelter with slim adoption chances, but fear not, Paws and Prayers is on the mission to match her with the perfect family. Be prepared for her playful antics, like nailing potty training and navigating the puppy nippy phase. Lottie’s adoption fee is $400.00 Please complete a non-obligatory application at www.pawsandprayers.org All Paws and Prayers animals are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated (age appropriate) and are given monthly flea/heartworm prevention and microchipped at time of adoption. This sweet boy came to the rescue very underweight, and thanks to lots of care and good meals, he’s slowly gaining weight and starting to come out of his shell. Scooter already knows how to sit and is eager to keep learning, especially if toys or treats are involved! He walks nicely on a leash and is working on his potty-training. He loves playing with toys, happily chewing on bones, and then winding down for some quality cuddle time. One of his favorite things is simply being part of the family—he wants to be included in whatever you’re doing, whether that’s playtime or a cozy night on the couch. Scooter gets along well with other dogs but has not met children yet. He is currently very curious about the cats in his foster home and is learning how to co-exist with them peacefully. They came to the pound as strays, and staff quickly noticed they did much better when housed together. Because of that, they may be bonded and are happiest side by side. Both girls are approximately 15 lbs and look like mini boxers. Both girls have been friendly with every human they’ve met so far. While they haven’t had direct exposure to children yet, they show very good potential with proper introductions. They also appear to have good potential with other dogs. Cagney and Lacey are still learning the basics of home life. They’re eager, attentive, and listen well when redirected, but they do need reminders—especially when it comes to jumping up to say hello. They are also learning proper leash manners and will benefit from continued consistency. A fenced yard would be ideal so these happy, energetic girls can run and play together. They are long legged little girls and will need a 4' or higher fence.
